Now, It's very easy because she took the 20 minutes to explain it all to me. Pros Zeffy is not only easy to use, it effortlessly makes payments directly to your account. You know where the money is coming from and why. Also, it looks great integrated into our own website and there are no pesky hidden fees. May 18, 2021 5.0 Initially, we were sceptical and so before we committed we researched Simplyk and Stripe and learned that their software and expertise were in line with what we were looking for. Simplyk has been a great partner for us and we are glad we are using them for our foundation. Pros Simplyk was simple to set up and easy to use for us and for donors. Cons We have not come across any issues with the software. Reason for choosing Zeffy 100% of ALL donations to The For GOOD Foundation go towards supplying our products to food banks across Canada. It made sense for us to align with Simplyk because their no fee policy means that we can truly pass on 100% of all donations to the cause. We loved that we didn’t lose any revenue to payment service fees. We also enjoyed keeping fundraiser transactions on a separate platform from other revenue streams. It made the financial management of our fundraiser much easier. Cons There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. We are very satisfied! I had no idea how to go about setting up tickets. Zeffy has a logical, step by step sequence that is easy to go back and edit as many times as you need to. I am 65 years old and not particularly computer savvy, so if I can manage it, anyone can. I thank Zeffy for that! Pros The fact that our nonprofit will get every penny of the ticket price + optional donation. Also NO ADS. Cons There was some loss of functionality in Mozilla Firefox. It would have been good to have been warned. Pros Nous sommes un organisme sans but lucratif donc le prix était un critère important. Zeffy étant gratuit, c’est fantastique. De plus, le logiciel est facile d’utilisation autant pour la mise en place que pour l’utilisation régulière afin d’en extraire les données. Nos membres ont eu la possibilité de faire leur inscription en ligne directement avec Zeffy. Cela nous a enlevé toute la charge de gestion des chèques et manipulation d’argent comptant.
