Je crois bien que nous serons tenté de ré-utiliser dans un autre événement pour la bonne gestion des fonds/inscriptions. Pros je voyais en temps réel les ventes de billets, et si j'avais besoin de retourner les reçus, je pouvais le faire rapidement en quelques clics directement via l'inscription, bien pratique. Nous a sauvé énormément de temps de manipulation/gestion des fonds, j'adore l'idée que tout s'envoie en quelques clics (reçus d'impôt, reçus de transaction, billets électroniques regroupés en un seul courriel au client, parfait!) Cons semble y avoir des ajustements à faire au niveau du descriptif des reçus qui sont envoyés par courriel, il faudrait qu'ils soient beaucoup plus détaillés svp. OU encore, que le système produise aussi une facture en plus du reçu de confirmation de transaction car plusieurs entreprises demandaient à avoir une description complète de leurs achats alors que l'on ne voyait que très peu de détails sur le reçu de confirmation. Pros I love how easy the product is to use, how fantastic the forms appear embedded in our website, the customer service, and that the company is always striving to offer more and more for detailed customization. I have mainly used it so far to take payment for events. I like the option to ask for a donation when someone registers. Overall I am very pleased with Zeffy and plan to use it more and more. Pros Zeffy is easy to set up. The interface is intuitive and clear. Cons I have nothing to highlight at this time. Not only were we not charged ridiculous ticket fees, we actually collected more money because you can ask for donations on top of the ticket price. The year before, I used another ticketing site and it was a giant mess. Zeffy took the guesswork out and was FREE! Pros The layout of Zeffy was very easy to utilize and understand. It was very intuitive for ticketing, fundraising, and reports. Cons The overall reporting was a little difficult to figure out, but once I did, there was more information than I actually needed. Switched from [Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/) The fees on Eventbrite were crazy. There were fees when money left Eventbrite into PayPal and then more fees to move the money out of PayPal to our account. That's not fundraising. The platform is very user friendly. When I had questions, I always had a prompt answer. Customer service is very quick and friendly. Pros There is no fee to use this software. We organize fundraisers and actually get all the funds - SimpliK does not charge a % of the donation to cover the credit card fees. That means at least 5% more for our cause. Cons Some of the thank you text is pre-written and cannot be modify. Reason for choosing Zeffy SimpliK's option for lottery ticket sale offered the flexibility I needed. Also, I was saving 5%. June 11, 2021 4.0 We searched for a long time for a donor platform that we could afford but also that we liked the back-end usage and event form ticketing designs. Simplyk was the best option for us after researching and attending SO many demo's of other platforms. Pros The product is just so simple to set-up initially and integrated well with our donor payment platform. It's also free which is a huge benefit for a small not-for profit like we are. The customer service team was so helpful and always available to answer questions, not only that they reached out and checked-in often. Their donation templates are easy to create and a style that we liked. Cons This free software is user-friendly for a reason. It's very simple. It works for us being a smaller organization. Le service est bon mais je trouve que l'Image corporative de Zeffy est trop présente lors des communiqués lors des inscription dans la billeterie. Cela me dérange beaucoup, bien que je comprenne que vous devez recruter pour vos revenus d'entreprise. Il serait moins gênant pour moi que vous trouviez une autre stratégie de marketing. Pros We are a very small charity with limited human resource. This program helps us get things done quickly and efficiently with little effort. All the while saving money! Cons Had one small issue with how donation was shown on donor's credit card statement. Resulted in a donation being returned. However, it was resolved. So that's good.
