August 9, 2021 5.0 SimplyK was recommended during a webinar and I thought "this really can't be free" and it is! I had a demo booked quickly with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and she answered all my questions and the team set up some customization for our raffle ticket sales. She has been available to answer all of my questions, big or small and has been great to work with. I have and will continue to recommend SimplyK to my non-profit colleagues. Pros Setting up our accounts and connecting to Stripe was very straightforward and we were up and running quickly. We can run reports at any time to see our sales and customer information as well as send custom emails to donors. We recently ran raffle ticket sales through a ticket page and had donors comment how easy the form was to use and purchase tickets. Cons My only suggestion so far for additional features would be to have an option to set a close date/time for ticket sales instead of having to log in and close them manually. Reason for choosing Zeffy The fact that SimplyK offers us free payment processing was huge. With our raffle sales, we saved almost $100 in processing fees, which is big deal to us as a small charity. Pros Nous utilisons la plate-forme de don en ligne Zeffy depuis avril 2020. La pandémie COVID nous avait incité à trouver un moyen alternatif à notre spectacle-bénéfice annuel. La simplicité d'utilisation de leur formulaire ainsi que l'intégration possible avec nos outils de statistiques, automatismes et notre logiciel comptable nous ont permis de réaliser nos objectifs de levée de fonds et de sauver beaucoup de temps. Leur équipe est toujours efficace et disponible pour résoudre nos problèmes et ils sont aussi très ouverts aux idées que nous apportons pour améliorer l'outil. Nous recommandons donc chaudement cette entreprise québécoise à tous les OSBL que nous côtoyons ! Elle est simple d'utilisation mais propose beaucoup de fonctionnalités vraiment pratiques et bien pensées. C'est devenu un outil indispensable pour mon organisme. Les fonds sont remis rapidement. The customer service department is very friendly and extremely helpful. Pros Zeffy does an amazing job keeping all of the information together in one place! I became aware of Simplyk quite by accident and was intrigued by their business model. After some research and "vetting" with other organizations who have worked with Simplyk, we decided to use them as our event ticketing site. This turned out to be an excellent decision. When we had questions about how to set up our site and link our bank account to a stripe account, a representative from the company walked us through what to do. I highly recommend this company to all non-profits as we all need every penny raised to be put towards whatever "cause" we are working for and not siphoned off for admin or processing fees. Bravo Simplyk. Thank you for your excellent service. Pros No admin or service fees - all money raised goes to the fundraising cause. Cons Would have been helpful if more than one person could have access to the account as "administrator" - specifically, the "marketing" person and the "financial" person. Reason for choosing Zeffy Simplyk's business model was the first reason. Great service and ease of set-up and use means we will continue to use Simplyk for any future ticketing services. We were receiving the amount minus the processing fees which add up to a lot by the end of the year.
