Pros Sa facilité d'utilisation, sa capacité à couvrir plusieurs situations différentes également. Cons Le seul petit bémol (et s'en ait pas un réellement), c'est le fait que le pourcentage pour soutenir la plate-forme Zeffy se met automatiquement plutôt que volontairement. La personnalisation des pages avec le choix de couleur m’ont permis de faire un site de vente qui correspond à l’image de notre événement. March 15, 2025 5.0 Zeffy is a game changer to our non profit organization and has saved us immeasurable time and money. We continue to use Zeffy for our memberships, donations, engaging sponsors, volunteer management and fishing derbies. We plan to use the online store and raffle features in the future. Pros Zeffy was easy to learn and apply to our non profit event needs in relatively short order. Their support team is extremely responsive and quickly provided solutions to meet our needs. " January 3, 2025 5.0 After using other ‘popular’, but expensive, ticketing apps for prior shows we took a fly on Zeffy. We could not have been more pleased. We received all of the ticket price money for every ticket and there were no hidden costs nor fees. Pros Ease of use. Very easy to stay in touch with our ticket buyers. Tracks seats and money very well. Constant updates with buys and money transfers to our bank account. Cons Learning curve was a tad steep. Not being very tech savvy and a first time user, it took some time to prove and provide Zeffy access to our non-profit bank account. Every not-for-profit should know about and use them for fundraising. Pros The site is perfect for not-for-profits. Our auction was relatively easy to set up. The communication feature (with participants) was super-helpful. Live the tax letter option, too. Cons Wish one could edit pictures on the site. The fact that our board members, some of whom are pretty advanced in their years, speaks volumes. Pros Zeffy has made fundraising a breeze (I sound like a commercial, but it's true). Its easy to set up, doesnt try to do too many things at once and has allowed us to collect donations with ease. The fact that we dont have to absorb the costs of donations is great too. I cannot remember the last time I didn’t have something to critic about a service or product. Pros 0% processing fees is huge. What makes the service stellar is that everyone and everything (platform, set up, forms, etc) I have worked with has been a breeze to interact with. The “pay to play” companies need to take some notes from Zeffy. Cons I’ll update this when I find something relevant… that they’re not a bank. When I see something, I’ll let them know because already know they want this experience to be the best. I gave it a reluctant try and have bee completley satisfied with all aspects of the service. I definitely reccommend Zeffy to alll non profits. Pros It's great that they do not charge our donors fees, but the system is well structured and easy to use. Deposits happen every Monday unless Monday is a federal holiday. Pros Zeffy is totally free. You must financially plan for your weekly deposits. Zeffy tried to think of all the things you would encounter using their software for events: like redundant emails, managing emails, testing emails etc. They deposited to my account in a timely manner like they said they would. Zeffy seems more like a boutique service which I like. Pros I used Zeffy for a small event of 60 people. I used the email communication and setup, payments, and invites. Cons I had about 10 people come for free and I didnt have time to figure out how to discount them on zeffy.
