### "Love Zeffy! If you are not using it, try it! "

Great! Zeffy has thought of everything a non profit needs.

Pros

Helpful hints. When we did not get on Zeffy for awhile, Zeffy slowed down on reminders and we really liked that!

Cons

There was a slight problem signing up for fund raising. The key was to click on a tab on the right but I could not see it. sorry I don't have time to explain it perfectly. After I wrote Zeffy about it they got back to me right away! This is really not a problem but it did stop us from getting our fundraising button. REally this was not a big problem or deal breaker!

Pros

La difficulté de connection avec le compte bancaire...mais j'imagine que c'est normal.

It suits my need more than I would have expected. I just started a donation campaign as a test and it's becoming the best campaign I had so far.

Pros

They are reliable, useful, clear and relevant and answer questions promptly

Nothing yet, I'm still adjusting my collaboration with them and so far, everything is doing good

We've gotten great service whenever we've had questions! Overall, the UX is very good and easy to use. And to reiterate, we are so grateful for the no-fee structure as a small, start-up non-profit!

Pros

As a small, new non-profit organization, it's invaluable that we're not charged fees and we're so grateful to Zeffy for the services they provide!

Cons

It would be nice if there were slightly more robust customization options for event ticketing set-up, but this is a very small quibble.

J'adore, facile à comprendre. La création de formulaire est simple et agréable.

Pros

Tous les fonds collectés vont directement à l'organisation. La plateforme est facile à configurer et à gérer pour les OBNL. Zeffy permet de gérer des campagnes de financement, des inscriptions à des événements, des formulaires ....

Cons

L'emplacement et la formulation de la partie des dons, mélange parfois les acheteurs

C'est gratuit pour les OBNL. L'utilisation est très intuitive.

Cons

On ne peut pas l'utiliser comme un vrai CRM.

I work in IT and have used many applications and platforms throughout my career and I've never been so impressed with a product like I have with Zeffy. Bravo to you for creating such an amazing tool that nonprofits can benefit from for years to come!

Pros

The entire process was so seamless and pain-free. I found the customization and branding super straight-forward and simple to follow. I will continue to use Zeffy for all our fundraising event needs!

Cons

Can't name a thing because the every feature Zeffy provided our organization was value-add from beginning to end.

Pros

Can not say anything but good things about Zeffy! We recently ran our first fundraising campaign and the system is the best thus far for advertising/publishing a fundraising initiative, processing payment, and tracking donor information for future messaging.

Cons

At this time, I do not have any negatives to say about the platform. The one hurdle we went through was ensuring our donors know about the additional cost percentage to support the platform.

Pros

I liked the ease that i was able to donate to our organization and the speed of support replying to my inquiries. All the money went back to them with no additional fees.

Cons

I haven't found anything to dislike about the app. I highly recommend this app.

C'était une ressource facilitatrice, je vais recommander qu'on continue à l'utiliser pour d'autre événement.

Pros

La plateforme est québécoise et surtout super facile à travailler. Le fait que c'est sans frais, ça aide beaucoup les OSBL comme la nôtre. Ce n'est qu'en comparant Zeffy avec 3 autres compétiteurs que rapidement, j'ai pu tester la plateforme et finaliser l'inscription. Ça vaut vraiment la peine. Très complet, facile d'utilisation aussi.

Cons

J'avoue que pour les reçus c'était moins commode. Les gens m'ont écrit pour me demander un reçu, lorsque celui-ci était visible dans leur courriel de confirmation/remerciement. Ça n'avait pas l'air visible rapidement pour certains. De plus, lorsque quelqu'un s'inscrivait au nom d'un collègue ou si la personne donnait son billet à un autre, je devais modifier le nom dans la plateforme. Malheureusement, les changements n'étaient visibles que dans la fiche contact et nom dans le registre, ni quand on extrait les données. Je pense que ça vaudrait la peine d'y travailler.

Pros

The customer service provided by Zeffy is 'top-notch.' The representative responded to my concerns promptly. I truly appreciated the support that I received.

Cons

I didn't have any concerns with Zeffy. The problems that I encountered were a result of 'user error' due to my inexperience.

The ease of use and versatility are simply outstanding!

Pros

User friendliness. It saves us processing and bank fees. It allows the easiest registration for events. It allows me to create unique questions. Messages and emails direct from Zeffy are awesome!! Willingness to work on NEW improved features at the user level.

Cons

It's easy to manage and remove contacts. But you can't delete "incomplete" visitors. It could use some "logic" with unique questions (if/then,etc).

Overall, I would 100% recommend Zeffy to any non profit. Without question or hesitation, Zeffy is rocking it for the little guys.

Pros

Obviously the fact that we get 100% of each donation. No other company out there that I could find gives 100%!

Cons

Nothing yet. I need to spend a little more time on the portal understanding the ins and outs of how to use Zeffy
