Pros The customer support is excellent, the software is easy to use, and constantly evolving with improvements.The fees we have saved since moving to Zeffy have been a bonus to our fundraising account. Le fait que c'est sans frais, ça aide beaucoup les OSBL comme la nôtre. Ce n'est qu'en comparant Zeffy avec 3 autres compétiteurs que rapidement, j'ai pu tester la plateforme et finaliser l'inscription. Ça vaut vraiment la peine. Très complet, facile d'utilisation aussi. Cons J'avoue que pour les reçus c'était moins commode. Les gens m'ont écrit pour me demander un reçu, lorsque celui-ci était visible dans leur courriel de confirmation/remerciement. Ça n'avait pas l'air visible rapidement pour certains. De plus, lorsque quelqu'un s'inscrivait au nom d'un collègue ou si la personne donnait son billet à un autre, je devais modifier le nom dans la plateforme. Malheureusement, les changements n'étaient visibles que dans la fiche contact et nom dans le registre, ni quand on extrait les données. Je pense que ça vaudrait la peine d'y travailler. Donor relations, reporting, and receipting are all vastly improved by this product and the elimination of transaction fees has already saved us tens of thousands of dollars in a short time. Pros I was initially interested in Zeffy due to the promise of zero transaction fees. This is a very appealing feature for donors who always appreciate knowing that 100% of their donation is going to the charity. I had been using another product that charged nearly 5% in transaction fees. I soon began using Zeffy for anything that required a pay portal from the donation page on our website, to campaign pages for third party events. I have also used Zeffy for ticketing, and it has been a flawless experience. Cons The templates can be a bit limiting, for instance if I want to employ a video and info graphic on the same page, you need to click on the box that says 'what impact will this donation have' in order to see the graphic. After I signed up, a member of Zeffy emailed and called to check in to see if I had any questions. I've had much follow up since and if I ever have a questions, they respond very quickly! They also listen to my opinions on how to make the site even better. Pros I love that it is an entire free platform for non-profits with ZERO credit card processing fees. We have used Square & Stripe in the past and lose out on so much money trying to fundraise. Cons Improvements could be made in the Membership area, as it's setup like you're selling tickets to an event. I would suggest that it has its own category on the site. First time user and we had no issues whatsoever with the software product that couldn’t be resolved with better understanding on the users part. Pros Zeffy is easy to use, customizable and intuitive. It really is free which will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars. It has enough bells and whistles for the fundraising management and monitoring. Cons Forms sometimes glitched and didn’t show updates when entering from dashboard. Changes would populate if went to create my form and then back to general information. Love it ! Pros We simply love it (no pun intented) ! We can manage all in one software. No more forgetting about emetting fiscal receipts, loosing a participant or their info, etc. All of that and really easy to use with very kind free support. Simplyk is also eager to get our feedback and work on it. We feel we are part of the same team, working together to reach our goal. Cons It is not really cons but more wishes. More possibilities in the back office such as having several users for our account. Also our end users would like to have the possibility to pay by Interac or check for all kinds of amounts as well as by cash. Etc. Simplyk's team knows our wishes and a lot of things are in development so I am very confident to have most of them eventually. October 23, 2023 5.0 So far so good WIth Paypal GIving taking over from Facebook/META for donations from that platform, we wanted to find another way for our donors to support us based on prior bad experiences with Paypal. ZEFFY is very easy to use form my point of view, I can put together a fundraiser quickly and easily, and I'm hopelessly incompetent! I'm working on a peer to peer Christmas fundraiser right now, "in lieu of gifts and cards." Pros We do appreciate being able to set up fundraisers to easily and quickly and with little to no need for cyber skills. (I'm proof of that!) We also liked being able to set up weekly deposits ito our account. And of course, no fees deducted. Cons As I've mentioned ot you before, I do not like the contribution being added automatically, and at a high %. I still think asking donors if they would like to offer a small tip or contribution would overall produce more income. We take the time to explain to our donors that they can adjust or eliminate the"tip'"..while also encouraging them to leave what they feel is appropriate, given that there are no fees deducted. Nous pouvons obtenir des listes de membres/donateurs rapidement et en format Excel. J'aime aussi les fonctions traductions et celle pour aviser d'autres adresses courriel des ventes de billets, parfait quand on a des collaborateurs. Et les services sans commission sont important pour notre organisation. Cons J'aimerais avoir la possibilité d'une page d'accueil pour mon organisation ou il serait possible de trouver le formulaire de don, la carte de membre et les billets d'événements. Pros Zeffy does not charge a processing fee to the nonprofit. It asks the donors if they will contribute to the processing. If donor declines, Zeffy still does not charge a processing fee. Cons The settlement of donations of transactions do not happen except weekly or monthly. It can be up to 13 days before receive funds. We did not have to wait that long on the ones we processed but it is possible. Zeffy's process couldn't have been easier to understand or implement. We appreciate you so much, and are telling all of our NP colleagues about you. What a gift to NPs. Pros Easy to use and fee-free. Offering an opportunity to round up or tack on a donation to Zeffy at checkout, Zeffy lets nonprofits keep the entirety of donations, taking that burden away from the NP and making it optional to donors, who more often than not do opt to support the platform. Cons So far, we love everything about Zeffy and do not have anything that would count as a negative experience. it would be nice to be able to manage the program from an app but it's. not critical, and it's more important to us that you remain fee-free even if it means keeping things simpler. Through another donation platform, I once had a donation of $1250 and only received $1213 because of credit card fees. Zeffy is great because it allows all of my donated funds to go toward my ministry! I also have used Zeffy for several raffles and have created an online store. It was easy to use and customize. Honestly, all nonprofits should use Zeffy and receive their full donation amounts! Cons There really are no cons. If a nonprofit organization does not mind receiving their funds once a week to their bank account, there is nothing to complain about. Cons Pour réduire les frais de transaction que Zeffy doit absorber pour que l’on continue à l'utiliser, le système propose rapidement le virement bancaire préautorisé et introduit un clic supplémentaire pour le donateur qui souhaiterait quand même utiliser sa carte de crédit. Certaines personnes ont eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le bouton « autres types de paiements ».
