Pros Si demain nous avions à revoir l'achat d'un logiciel de gestion des dons, nous referions assurément le même choix: Zeffy. Facile et intuitif, Zeffy est un outil parfait pour les OBNL. Même les employés peu à l'aise avec l'informatique ont adhéré facilement à la plateforme. Mais par dessus tout, nous adorons le service courtois et rapide. Cons Logiciel qui reste à adapter à certains organismes. Les fonctions offertes sont excellentes mais doivent parfois être modifiées selon la réalité de l'OBNL. Pros Zeffy does not charge a processing fee to the nonprofit. It asks the donors if they will contribute to the processing. If donor declines, Zeffy still does not charge a processing fee. Cons The settlement of donations of transactions do not happen except weekly or monthly. It can be up to 13 days before receive funds. We did not have to wait that long on the ones we processed but it is possible. Zeffy's process couldn't have been easier to understand or implement. We appreciate you so much, and are telling all of our NP colleagues about you. What a gift to NPs. Pros Easy to use and fee-free. Offering an opportunity to round up or tack on a donation to Zeffy at checkout, Zeffy lets nonprofits keep the entirety of donations, taking that burden away from the NP and making it optional to donors, who more often than not do opt to support the platform. Cons So far, we love everything about Zeffy and do not have anything that would count as a negative experience. it would be nice to be able to manage the program from an app but it's. not critical, and it's more important to us that you remain fee-free even if it means keeping things simpler. Cons Pour réduire les frais de transaction que Zeffy doit absorber pour que l’on continue à l'utiliser, le système propose rapidement le virement bancaire préautorisé et introduit un clic supplémentaire pour le donateur qui souhaiterait quand même utiliser sa carte de crédit. Certaines personnes ont eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le bouton « autres types de paiements ». I look forward to seeing what the changes to the volunteer platform are going to be as this will also be helpful for our company. Pros The platform is easy to use, there are so many functions such as ticketing, promo codes, QR codes, easy to use links to post to our website and social media. I absolutely love that there are no fees, all money earned goes directly to our non profit and we can use more funds to benefit the community. Cons There was a learning curve for some of the features such as promo codes but I think that was user error more than the platform. The customer service is wonderful and usually responds within 24 hours of posting or sending a problem. The membership has remarked to me that it is remarkably ease to use and love being able to send payment quickly and securely instead of using snail mail. Pros What I like most about Zeffy is the ease of use and the fact that our membership now has the ability to use a credit card to make a purchase with all of the funds going directly to the organization. I, also, like that I can set a receipt and email it to the receiptent. Cons As of right now I cannot think of any con in using Zeffy Reason for choosing Zeffy I chose Zeffy due to having a good experience with customer service to answer all of my questionsand the fact that the platform is free and everyone has the option of donating to Zeffy and/or totheir own organzation. Cons I would like for there to be an easy way to manage payments for Silent Auction items. While there is something in place for on-line auctions, I had to create my own make-shift way of managing our in-person auction. They also never made me feel like my questions were unwise. Plus, anything that the platform did not do in the beginning, it now does. It wasn’t months that I had to wait for them to change either, it was often very quickly. Pros I love that I can embed the ticketing platform into our website. I’m not sure if Eventbrite now does this, but at the time it didn’t. It is very good for us that we don’t have to send our purchasers to a different website. Our ticket purchasers mentioned that it’s great that they’re not redirected to another page to purchase. They’ve also said that the platform is very easy to use. We haven’t had any complaints, and we’ve had a few ticketed events in the past few months. Cons I find that the form that we embed on our website can sometimes be finicky design-wise. Although, I know a lot of it is our website. I'm just picky about how everything looks. Highly recommended for non-profit organizations. Pros Simple to implement, I had our one-time and monthly member contributions set up and linked from our website in short order. Very streamlined on-boarding process for donors. Very well thought-out and clean interface. Cons The number of contribution levels seems to be limited to four, and the default ‘tip’ levels set a bit high, at least for the more expensive membership tiers. Pros Zeffy's model of absolutely no fees to non-profits is AMAZING. It's very easy to get started, user intuitive, and the donor interface is simple and easy to understand. Cons There's no real reports inside the database, so you do have to download and use your spreadsheet of choice. But, for no fees, I can do that! Reason for choosing Zeffy We would have stayed with Bloomerang if we hadn't switched to Zeffy. It's clear that the staff cares and wants to help. Pros Onboarding is quick and easy. You do not need to be super computer savvy to have yourself up and running with ticket sales online. Cons There was a delay before we could ask for donations because we are a US nonprofit and initially it was only offered to organizations with Canadian banks. I still used it for ticketing as I preferred it to other online options. Now I can get donations deposited directly into our bank account.. We love the ease of using it, our donors love how easy it is to set up their donation, and customer support has been outstanding! Pros Besides being free, Zeffy has become an invaluable tool as it provides a way for our donors to give knowing that 100% of their donation will be received by our organization. Besides that, it is very user-friendly. Easy to set up and customer support is amazing! Cons The only thing that I wish could be modified is when funds are deposited once received. The donations are deposited weekly or monthly. I wish there was a way we could transfer the funds once they are given. Besides that, it is a great tool! Love the auto-renew feature. Saves so much time.
