It is such a struggle looking for corporate emails without it. The google chrome extension makes it even simpler when all you need to do is click it while being on someone's linkedin profile. I love it so far. I also really like that a search by company name will yield more individuals and job titles than LinkedIn. I think there should be a short 10 minute chat with a human to run through how it works - no-one seems to do this so most of these services you only use about 10% because we are to busy to spend hours trying to figure them out. It is easy to setup, easy to use, and provides a great value (quality information) for the monthly fee. Cons Information isn't always available, such as emails and phone numbers, or this information is out of date. I would consider it at least a 60% reliable approach to gaining the appropriate details we need to run our sales and marketing campaigns. It has helped me connect with people easier. Pros Ease of use and integration with LinkedIn is great. Having easy access to saved list is nice. overall ease of use is strong. Cons From my unscientific observation about 20% of contacts I look up have bad information, emails, phone. But for the overall cost to value I still like the quality of contacts as a whole. I was very surprised to find that 75% of the time they have been able to find them. I am also very happy with the price much less them most other companies that sell the same product. Cons If they can not find an exact match to the company name- they put in things that are similar- which is way off base from what I was looking for. Cons I purchase a certain number of credits, but then get stung with not being able to access more than 2 pages, or phone numbers, without purchasing a different package.
