en general mala di aviso el 31 de diciembre que no seguiríamos y nos obligan a pagar enero y febrero amparándosela en el contrato, mismo que ellos no respetaron no respondiendo y muchas ocaciones por problemas en la informacion

La verdad tuvimos mas problemas que buenos resultados en general muy impersonal

Cons

no solucionan los problemas no responden a las dudas un mes nos cortaron el servicios estando al dia y nadie respondió por el error

As an employee, it has proven to be a very practical application for clocking in and out, as well as for requesting vacations or administrative leave.

Pros

The ease of use, the time controls it provides to employees. The tools it provides to request vacations, leave days, event tracking.

Cons

Usually, the servers seem to go down, do not respond, and one has to give explanations to the employers for this reason.

Da autonomía a los colaboradores, permite trabajar en forma más rápida y eficiente a RRHH, genera un menor desgaste del área remuneraciones, es más flexible y rápido el trabajo.

Ha sido buena la experiencia, se han automatizado procesos y tenemos mayor control del RRHH como también entregamos mayor transparencia a nuestros colaboradores disponiendo de toda su información en su teléfono. Mejoramos considerablemente el cumplimiento de la normativa legal respecto a documentación y remuneraciones reduciendo un 80% de los conflictos con trabajadores.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, rapidez, fluides información empresa - colaborador

Cons

El software en general, cumple todas nuestras expectativas, lo que mejoraría seria el proceso de implementación, tiende a ser muy lento dado que depende mucho de la empresa y sus disponibilidad, buscaría una forma mas ágil de implementar sin tanta dependencia de nosotros los clientes.

Todos los procesos de RRHH se internalizaron y lo llevamos en una sola plataforma, lo que resulta eficiente para el óptimo desarrollo de nuestra área.

Pros

Están siempre adaptando la herramienta para un mejor manejo del usuario, están atentos a las consultas y/o recomendaciones de los usuarios. También es una aplicación muy intuitiva para quienes usan la plataforma no solo desde la administración de RRHH, sino que igual para los trabajadores.

Cons

Lo que menos me gustó de los cambios realizados últimamente, es la modificación de chat. Tener que ingresar la duda, que se forme "fila" hace que muchas veces dudas que antes se resolvían de forma personalizada y rápido ahora se demore más.

Hoy el correcto seguimiento a cada empleado, su historial de cambios, registro de documentos y firmas, gestión de remuneraciones y asignaciones, todo es parte fundamental de la tranquilidad que la empresa necesita para mostrar transparencia y generar confianza en los empleados de la empresa.

Pros

La gestión de remuneraciones que consigo a través de la plataforma, pudiendo revisar hasta el más mínimo detalle si es necesario.

Cons

Servicio de atención al cliente está muy lento, comenzó muy bien los primeros años pero perdió gracia en la medida que fueron creciendo, sobre todo el ultimo año.

Hemos ganado mucha velocidad en nuestros procesos y hemos podido integrar muchas funiconalidades que antes estaba desconectadas.

Pros

Nos ha gustado mucho las funcionalidades de carga masiva de datos y estandarización de sueldos variables para proyecto.

Cons

Multiliquidación para trabajadores que tienen más de un contrato en el mes es punto a mejorar. Otro elemento que falta en módulo de firma digital es Contrato de Puesta a Disposición (CPD) para la industria de los servicios transitorios.
