Pros

with the AI recognition of pictures and voice to check in a vehicle and document the defects, it has made technicians' work very easy. Also, giving visibility to customers. Great tool!

Cons

it would be good if they can collaborate with more OEMs to get more accurate parts info. it is a trustworthy partner!!
