I had not seen such a meticulously organised event, where adding content was a pleasure in terms of the innovative preview it offered to all the content uploaded. I would recommend all remote events to try and see the advantage that comes with using myOnvent. Pros The software makes event planning, management, analytics and networking extremely intuitive and akin to a real, physical event, if not better. It is very easy to navigate through. Corporates will benefit by including this software in their suite of products as remote work is on the rise and such events will fortify teams and create the needed team spirit. Cons Registration was a bit complex for average users and thereafter searching for the right booth to vote. Many people could not navigate or found the time it took too much to cast their vote. Perhaps intuitively, registering the user post a social media or gmail login to take them straight to the booth they use the link to, without the need to go to their email to verify, fill in more information or reuse the link would help in increasing the popularity of the product. The key features for us were the ability to have a couple of simultaneous tracks for our events, breakout sessions, a guest management system, and customization opportunities. The only thing, I would say possible opportunity, is designing some kind of pre-organized flow for conducting some team builds events ( for example games, or some tasks the team could work on together). Pros This platform was easy to use and provided a great user experience, especially for the organizer. It offers various options to customize your event. Although the feature I liked the most was the statistics part, where the organizer can see lots of real-time data about each event timeslot. I enjoyed using this platform, and I plan to use this for my future events. Also review the videos and presentations, download slides even now, after the conference has ended. It saved me a lot of time and stress because of the possibility for a flight cancelation and other travel related costs! Cons I thought that there would only be video presentations on the day of the conference, I did not expect to spend more time exploring the possibilities of the event itself. The design of the lobby, auditorium and exhibit hall are simply beautiful and interactive, somewhat reminding me of a computer game. You can easily navigate to different areas, watch presentations, and access information about exhibitors. You can also contact other attendees on private chat, which is easier than in the physical conferences (being an introvert this was a big advantage :) ). So many options to choose from, and an online record for future reference also. Very intuitive, and a super helpful support team if I have any questions. Cons There are many features on the platform, and this initially made it a little confusing to work around, but to be honest that was quickly resolved as I spent more time on the platform. And of course, streaming prerecorded videos as they are livestreamed. Cons I would love to have integration with StreamYard. But it's not critical as now I have found a way to use both StreamYard and myOnvent at my events.
