Salute Safety Reviews
"Easier than our previous system"
Pros: We switched to Salute from a different system and some excel spreadsheets. Having everything in one place is a huge win and time.
Cons: Mobile version is great, but native iPhone app doesn't include every module. Has critical ones, but look forward to seeing more modules
Vendor Response
"Time and headache saver"
Pros: Saves us so much time and it can be used by everyone in the company. So easy to retrieve data and run analytics
Cons: Would like to be able to pay by credit card
"A major improvement"
Overall: Salute has been a great partner for us. Technology implementation are tough but they are always supportive and easy to reach when we have any issue.
Pros: The built in analytics tools save our team HOURS each week.
Cons: The mobile enabled platform works fine, but would prefer a native App. I believe this being launched in August 2022 so excited for that.
"Dashboards are the key"
Overall: Strong product, extremely helpful customer support.
Pros: The built-in analytics tools are extremely helpful. We can generate reports in seconds that used to take hours of excel pivot tables.
Cons: There are a few parts of the system that we want to customize that we cannot currently. Salute has helped us with most of these, but still need a few more to optimize our workflow.
"Time Saver"
Overall: We have had a good experience. [SENSITIVE CONTENT], our primary contact, is extremely available to help us with anything we need.
Pros: Salute saves us a ton of time. We have a small team that manages more than 1M square feet of space. Being able to gather data on an iphone and generate reports directly from the platform saves my team time.
Cons: We have a pretty limited scope of operations, and the platform includes some features that are not relative to us. We bought the All Access version, but could have maybe saved a few dollars by excluding modules that we don’t need.
