November 7, 2022 1.0 Pros The affordable monthly price and the initial sales experience. Cons Skuad told me they do payroll in Nigeria so I trusted them. It turns out they have been taking the money I am paying them and only paying my employee her net income. They have been keeping income taxes for themselves for the last three months instead of remitting to the government because they haven't even been registered yet with the Nigerian state that my employee lives in. Some honesty beforehand would have been nice. Now I am the one asking for status updates. You promised to give me a status update "sometime next week" and I waited all Monday of Friday last week, you didn't follow through with your promise of giving me the status update. Cons Many a times, when I open a support request, I have to wait a few hours to get a response and I would be offline when the response arrives. I am notified of a response via email, which is good, but a more real-time experience would be something that would make it perfect. And of course The most important part is they disburse the funds on time, so yeah, I give them 5 stars. Pros I like that I can track and manage my paid leave and unpaid leaves with ease. I also like the feature for adding and invoicing expenses to my employer. Cons I didn't like that the customer service doesn't respond on weekends, so if you have any queries on a Saturday, you'll probably have to wait until Monday morning for it to be resolved.
