Teamdash's video interview options make recruitment seamless, allowing for convenient and flexible candidate evaluations. Customization capabilities for stages, messages, and actions ensure that recruiters can tailor the hiring process to their specific needs with ease. Additionally, integration with Microsoft Office streamlines workflow, enhancing communication and data management. The inclusion of AI-powered features further optimizes decision-making, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Overall, a highly intuitive and adaptable solution for modern recruitment. Also I find the 1h workshops really helpful and have learned some great ideas to further our recruitment process through them.

Cons

Roles and that you cannot affect that much which role can see which tab/action etc. For example to hide some features from regular users that they can run through the whole recruitment process themselves but cannot see personal data gathered for employment relationship.

My experience with Teamdash is excellent. Before we had "Excel". I really like async video interviews, they save a lot of time and the automation part. We really love that when more people are involved in the process, we all have a really good overview where exactly we are right now. I like that when there are more people involved in some point and we need to arrange an interview, then we can sync our calendars and let the applicant choose the time by himself/herself. And "building up" the system is logical and if any help is needed "Teamdashers" are there for you!

Pros

I really like that Teamdash is so logical when you are a little bit into it and makes the recruitment process so much smoother, quicker. Especially, async video interviews save a lot of time. And their support team is really helpful and finds solutions quickly to every question.

Cons

I like everything, there is nothing to write.

\- All projects and candidates in one place - Automation capabilities - Integration with job portals

Cons

\- If an on-site interview is planned, it's not possible to book a meeting room directly in Teamdash. You have to reserve a meeting room separately in Outlook and only then send interview invitations via Teamdash. - The calendar isn't very convenient, especially when scheduling trial days of 8 hours that start at 5:00 PM or 11:00 PM. - It’s inconvenient that when inviting candidates for interviews, you can't completely remove all time slots. For example, if no candidate selects a time, these slots remain as empty bookings in the calendar. - It would be great if the link sent with the interview invitation could have an expiration date (e.g., set to expire on XX.XX.XXXX), after which candidates would no longer be able to select or book interview times

I really like the automation options, async video interviews, and how responsive the staff is

Cons

When you open to edit the candidate from the project and then hit "back", it takes you to the talent pool instead of the project, the scrolling when the stages do not fit the screen

The overall experience is excellent, it is very thorough (covers basically every aspect of a recruitment process and the tasks). It feels I work with a contemporary software that is always developing and becoming better, and I can keep my work organised and minimal.

Pros

The possibility to have practically every aspect of our work in Teamdash.

Cons

It is quite slow and there is no possibility to copy, for example, the e-mail address straight from the overview of the project (I have to click on and open the candidate's card).

While collaborating with a recruiting partner is an option, with TeamDash, I feel as though the software itself becomes my partner. It enables me to directly influence the candidate experience and effectively shape our employer brand.

Pros

This HR software significantly enhances the efficiency of HR professionals by streamlining their tasks and ensuring a positive candidate experience. From creating appealing job advertisements to simplifying the application process and automating feedback, it covers all key aspects. Additionally, its customer-focused and friendly support team adds considerable value, making it a reliable tool for HR people.

Cons

It is difficult to point out anything negative with this software, as any ideas or questions we´ve raised have been addressed effectively. The only limitations we've encountered are in the design of job advertisements and landing pages, as the software is primarily focused on recruitment rather than design. However, it still offers a wide range of options to work with.

I like to use Teamdash. It's very easy and understandable platform, you can create projects and states for your needs, easlily useful. Also I like that there is possibility to create career page by yourself or use also Teamdash team help and designers.
