Managers and field personnel have been much happier with this product than our previous solution. The ability to upload additional project docs for the crew is nice. We don't use the job tracking info as much as we should but seems to work well. Pros Ease of use, functionality of scheduling feature, and support. Ability for managers to easily see, edit, and approve time is great. Cons No major flaws. Would be nice to have a direct integration but the csv import\\export function works well. We love it! It has changed the way we operate for the better. Pros Customer service is excellent. Love that the app contacts the employees directly. Love that we can track trucks and equipment. Cons Sometimes it has glitches but \[sensitive content hidden\] with Crew Console is always responsive and gets is fixed or explained. I do not know how we operated pre-Console! Staff have been great to work with and very helpful in answering any/all questions that I have had. Pros Having a platform to track employees and jobs all in one place has been great. The timekeeping aspect puts the accountability on the employees to enter their own hours. The easy accessibility allows everyone to see the schedule at any given time from the field. Creates overall better communication between the office and field. Cons No real complaints. Small glitches or suggestions that I send to their IT department always get fixed and implemented.
