All in all we're very happy and the user experience for customers works well. A little clunky from the restaurant end, but definitely still a workable option

Pros

The support from the Account Management team is great, always on hand and happy to help with any questions that pop up.

Cons

The mobile app / web browser view: can't see the table plan - unless we have missed this feature? We'd love an easy way to save different seattings for different seasons - eg. adding in messages/pre-auth details to every single service is quite time consuming

Very positive. I think it is a powerful tool that makes a positive impact on driving and successfully executing bookings at our venues.

Pros

The pros are the it is very easy to understand - and provides an easy schedule of the day, month ect - for staff to look over. The tool is very powerful allowing you to setup up a number of event types and different ways to execute them.

Cons

There are some very minor things you cannot do - or have to work around. For example we wanted to do an upsell on only a specific booking time - and exclude it for other booking times for the same event - but this was not really possible.

Since we first had NBI as our primary booking platform the experience with set up, support, upgrading and longevity of product has been excellent.

Pros

The now book it team and support plus its super user friendly for staff. I love they way they are always improving and upgrading features on their product.

Cons

Tabel plans don't currently show enough information to print off and use for a hard copy on a day to day basis

Great. Its been an excellent tool to assist in the efficient daily running of our restaurant business, allowing staff to better understand the day's bookings at a glance, make any amendments easily, and keep track of each meal session. Customer support has been very good - quick, responsive and effective.

Pros

The great ease and convenience of having the restaurant bookings made, suitable tables allocated, and confirmations made automatically. The capacity to tailor booking details and confirmation responses.

Cons

Not knowing how best to use the functions to my advantage, and not enough time to earn how to become a Now Book It expert. I'll get there someday though.

Glitches on Ipad with booking not showing up. Clearing cache and resetting doesn't help. Changed browser as well.

From plugging in their app to last minute changes they are always on hand to support. The system works very well and does what you want it to, manage bookings.

Pros

Its was efficient to get started and we were quickly set up and taking bookings. The team at NBI are always on hand to support.

Overall, my experience with Now Book It was positive. It was easy to use day-to-day, helped keep bookings organised, and made the reservation process smoother for both staff and customers, even though the back end could feel a bit clunky at times.

Pros

I liked how simple and easy Now Book It was to use. It made managing bookings quick and stress-free, and the automated reminders were really helpful for reducing no-shows & really friendly customer support.

Cons

The back end could feel a bit clunky at times, especially when making changes to bookings or navigating between features.

Upgrading to using a more advanced system from phone and email bookings is great for the venue once you adapt to it and learn how to use the system fully - the amount of customisation you can use is the biggest strength in using it.

Pros

Takes all the hassle off the venue with people phoning or emailing for bookings - streamlined and organised all in one place - block outs / event options etc help to customise any given day where we need to be flexible with bookings.

Cons

A lot of back end options that take time to figure out how to execute features with the system - get there in the end but just takes some trial and error to figure out what you want to do

10/10 once set up cannot fault it, has saved countless hours on the phone as well as picking up bookings during peak periods where calls would otherwise be missed

Great value, and saves so much time, not just with bookings but with basic questions, Pays for it self jut by capturing bookings during peak periods

Cons

Without just saying everything is great, somethings can be tricky, for example special opening hours (mothers day) can be tricky to manage
