Great customer support from people that have worked in the industry or know very well what the venue requires to be able to run their business

Cons

Some features take a while to actually be activated, for example the integrations of the platform and the POS system

Over the past 6 years my uses of the software have evolved, but I've been supported every step of the way. My customers have a simple, easy-to-use platform

I have always received authentic, speedy, personal support from Now Book It. They are quick to respond and are willing to put great effort into supporting my business. Restaurant reservations and a wide range of events are easily managed. Now Book It performs incredibly, quickly and delivers all of this at a great, competitive price.

Cons

I do wish that there was the resource to book through google search and google maps. Furthermore, I do believe that greater CRM-adjacent features would be useful.

Pros

Very easy to use. Intuitive. Available on multiple devices allows us to do remote phone service for restaurant

There is nothing to report here. Anyone I have with NBI is sorted when I call tech support. No issues

Overall very happy with the product and service provided. It has a nice interface for our website, with flexible design that suits. We are so well supported by the reps in Melbourne and can normally work through any requests for alterations/ enhancements!

Pros

Great value for money, simple and ease of its' design. Fantastic on the ground support. We use it for gift voucher management well too and it makes it super easy.

Cons

It doesn't manage our functions and events as well as it could, and occasionally can be a bit clunky when putting a simple booking in the diary with lots of steps that have to be done in a certain way or other details reset.

The platform continues to evolve, and the strength of the support team gives us confidence in its ongoing development. It plays an important role in delivering a smooth and professional booking experience for our guests at the Mosaic and wider Footy Park Precinct.

The flexibility to tailor booking settings to suit different areas of the venue is particularly valuable. Customer support is a standout, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when troubleshooting or implementing new features. It integrates well into our daily operations and supports a seamless guest experience.

Cons

There are some limitations around reporting and data extraction, particularly when trying to segment or analyse bookings in more detail for marketing purposes. At times, backend configuration changes can feel a little manual or time-consuming. Additional integrations or more advanced CRM capabilities would further enhance its value but believe this is in the pipeline.

Our overall experience with Now Book It has been well above average. The platform itself is reliable and easy to use, and the day-to-day experience for both our team and guests has been very positive. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way that required escalation to higher management for resolution, but these have been the exception rather than the norm. Overall, the system and the support behind it have delivered a strong, consistent experience across our venues.

Pros

We recently made the switch to Now Book It across our group of eight restaurants, and it’s been one of the best operational decisions we’ve made. The platform itself is a significant step up from our previous system. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely easy to use, not just for our team behind the scenes, but for our guests booking online as well. It’s streamlined, reliable, and has removed a lot of the friction we used to deal with day to day. That said, the real standout in this transition has been the support, particularly from our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] . Managing the rollout across multiple venues is no small task, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has been exceptional throughout. He’s responsive, proactive, and always willing to jump in and help, no matter how big or small the request. His hands-on approach has made the integration process seamless, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for our venues.

Cons

One limitation we’ve experienced with the system is the lack of automated email alerts around stop-sell activity. In our previous platform, management would receive an email notification whenever a staff member manually applied a stop-sell, which was incredibly valuable for visibility across multiple venues. We flagged this as a key concern before the transition two years ago and were advised it would be explored by the development team. However, to date, this functionality hasn’t been introduced or update provided. For a group of our size, having real-time email updates when revenue is being closed off is critical, and the absence of this feature remains a gap in an otherwise strong system

Pros

The now book it team and support plus its super user friendly for staff. I love they way they are always improving and upgrading features on their product.

Tabel plans don't currently show enough information to print off and use for a hard copy on a day to day basis

Love it, our staff pick it up very quickly and even junior staff have confidence to welcome and seat guests without questioning the tables availability. It allows our team to multi skill even on weekends with casual staff

Pros

Now book it does exactly what it intended to do, make bookings easily, clean and fuss free. It’s very easy to navigate even during a busy service. We log every booking and walk in to create a seamless service. Maximising turnover of tables ensuring we never double book.

Cons

NA, if anything I’d just like to use it to its full potential, email marketing etc. But that’s user error not the system.

Switching to Now Book It has really enhanced the overall delivery of our product. Whenever we encounter an issue or need assistance in activating a new feature, the customer support team has been incredibly efficient and easy to work with.

Pros

Now Book It offered a range of features that were unavailable on our previous booking platform. We were also impressed by the customer support services offered.

Cons

It would be great to see some more extensive formatting options for the Events widget description, but this is a very minor observation as this tool is perfectly acceptable in it's current form.

Pros

Workability, ease, transparency and flexibility make the NBI platform a great business tool. The white page setup gives uniqueness to our business.

Creating a special event page could be easier. But really there is very little to dislike and much that assists our restaurant business.

brilliant, sales and bookings have increased. more time is spent with customer service. the phone doesnt ring as much only for group bookings and events which is when you want to talk to the customer

\[sensitive content hidden\], ai receptionist is amazing, so polite and patient. if you felt you were always time poor, it was true. now as an owner i dont have to worry about staff not answering the phone or missing out on bookings because guests always seem to call during busy service periods and we dont have a dedicated receptionist waiting for the phone to ring..... until now. save yourself hours a day and get with the future. guests are even blown away with the experience

Cons

the set up time and tweaking the times of seating and duration, but after a while get used to it. probably need some kind of security level to stop staff messing around with it, but thats not the systems fault. the more work put in up front the better for us.

Value for money can’t be beaten, supppirt is 1st class, simplicity of system for staff training is excellent. Has tested and trialled other system but this has been far superior to others

Nothing so far, they are continually improving the system regularly and adding new features that enhance the value of the system

Great. I get good interaction and support from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team. It is easy to use once set up. We also use it to forecast our staffing levels.

Pros

Easy to use. Clear information. Giftcards are easy to use and track. Pleanty of options to adjust and personalise

Cons

Can sometimes get stuck. I would like to know how to access or use training units as I am sure we are not using all the available functions. It would also be good if you could quickly see the number of bookings for the same day the year previous. Just so we can track our performance and help with forecasting sales and manpower

it is easy and friendly system to use. All staff can jump on and make a booking as it is web base program

Our overall experience with Now Book It has been great, and we’ve been using it across all our locations for several years now.

Pros

The online booking system is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with our database. It is very cost-effective compared to other booking platforms. It also includes an online gift card sales feature, which helps generate additional revenue. The merchant support is excellent. Our Customer Account Manager is highly professional, responsive, and provides us with outstanding support.

Cons

Overall, we have had a positive experience with Now Book It. However, we hope the Admin section can be made more user-friendly.

Exceptional customer service with the ability to tailor to the needs of the busniess. We have mutiple spaces that can be booked and this product makes very simple to manage.

Pros

Its a wonderful restaurant managment system that is perfect for managing our special events also. It's easy to use once you have a handle on it. We love our AI assistant who saves so much of our staffs valuable time

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about Now Book It. My challenge is to remember how to setup events/new floor plans etc becuase of the time lapse in doing these tasks. NowBookIt staff are always there to help assist.

### "Efficient Booking System"

Been using for +5 years accross different venues and overall satisfied. Stripe & Gift cards are a popwerful feature and all users find it easy to use.

Pros

Good UI, Simplicity and convenience while offering great rates and not monetising and putting businesses and customer satisfaction as priority

Cons

Floor plan and table allocation needs improvement. A bit outdated with emails and booking widgets, I understand the new HTML emails will be an upgrade and looking forward to it

Great support from \[sensitive content hidden\] who always gets back to you promptly when you need a hand. It really has made the whole process of selling vouchers easy.

Pros

Now Book it vouchers is a really great solution to selling our vouchers onling. Everything is taken care of. Guests find it great as do we as the owners.

Cons

Nothing really - I honestly have nothing negative to say about Now Book it vouchers, if I did I really would use this opportunity to say something.
