### "Well worth it- straightforward and supported"

Overall very happy with the product and service provided. It has a nice interface for our website, with flexible design that suits. We are so well supported by the reps in Melbourne and can normally work through any requests for alterations/ enhancements!

Pros

Great value for money, simple and ease of its' design. Fantastic on the ground support. We use it for gift voucher management well too and it makes it super easy.

Cons

It doesn't manage our functions and events as well as it could, and occasionally can be a bit clunky when putting a simple booking in the diary with lots of steps that have to be done in a certain way or other details reset.

### "A Reliable, High Performing Platform with Outstanding Support"

Our overall experience with Now Book It has been well above average. The platform itself is reliable and easy to use, and the day-to-day experience for both our team and guests has been very positive. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way that required escalation to higher management for resolution, but these have been the exception rather than the norm. Overall, the system and the support behind it have delivered a strong, consistent experience across our venues.

Pros

We recently made the switch to Now Book It across our group of eight restaurants, and it’s been one of the best operational decisions we’ve made. The platform itself is a significant step up from our previous system. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely easy to use, not just for our team behind the scenes, but for our guests booking online as well. It’s streamlined, reliable, and has removed a lot of the friction we used to deal with day to day. That said, the real standout in this transition has been the support, particularly from our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] . Managing the rollout across multiple venues is no small task, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has been exceptional throughout. He’s responsive, proactive, and always willing to jump in and help, no matter how big or small the request. His hands-on approach has made the integration process seamless, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for our venues.

Cons

One limitation we’ve experienced with the system is the lack of automated email alerts around stop-sell activity. In our previous platform, management would receive an email notification whenever a staff member manually applied a stop-sell, which was incredibly valuable for visibility across multiple venues. We flagged this as a key concern before the transition two years ago and were advised it would be explored by the development team. However, to date, this functionality hasn’t been introduced or update provided. For a group of our size, having real-time email updates when revenue is being closed off is critical, and the absence of this feature remains a gap in an otherwise strong system

Nowbookit is easy to setup. Needs to be used to appreciated. Getting in touch is quick with great accessible support

Pros

Great time saver. automated response and follow up. Links with key marketing software. Support is great with immediate response and commonsense solutions

Cons

Needs ability to cut/copy and paste for message set up. Analytics to be a bit broader. This to come with latest Ai features by the sounds of it. Fantastic

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. The system is reliable, easy to use, and suits how we operate as a busy pub. It handles bookings and events well, and the support has been consistently excellent. A few small improvements would make it even better, but it’s been a great fit for us.

Pros

Easy for staff to use and quick to train new team members. Reliable for managing bookings and works well for paid gigs and events. Strong support — \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team are responsive and helpful. Good value compared to other systems we’ve looked at.

Cons

Would be helpful to see more detail around gift voucher usage, particularly the date a voucher was redeemed. When new bookings come through, it shows the guest name but not the booking date — adding that would improve usability. Some backend areas could be a bit more intuitive when setting things up.

### "Effective Booking Management "

From plugging in their app to last minute changes they are always on hand to support. The system works very well and does what you want it to, manage bookings.

Pros

Its was efficient to get started and we were quickly set up and taking bookings. The team at NBI are always on hand to support.

Cons

N/A - our expectations have been met - it was even better when we were asigned an account managr to help us manage the day to day queries

### "Knox Club with NBI"

the past 12 months we have seen vase improvements and system upgrades that benefit the venue now also with a friendly face / point of call the connection now feels real

Pros

I've use a few different system in the past and the ease and support from NBI is the main reason for coming over

Cons

The roll out was all don't on line / over the phone with someone interstate and no venue knowledge. This new roll out should have a site vist to understand best way to build the system for the venue

### "Great Booking Platform - Great Support "

Excellent and a good part of this comes from the support we get locally from \[sensitive content hidden\]. We have been able to utilize many of the benefits the system has to offer.

Pros

In general we find Now Book It easy to use and an affordable booking platform. The customer support is excellent whether it's solving something simple or something complex.

Cons

The only thing I'm finding frustrating at the moment, and it might be me, is when I click on TODAY as a day selection that then takes me to the calendar and I then need to click on TODAY again. One click should really do it.

Felt fully supported all the way, from start up to follow up service, a simple yet powerful tool we could nbot do without.

Pros

Ease of use, and customer experience has had been very positive, the AI add on has helped us keep focussed whilst our AI assistant has been dealing with our bookings.

Cons

Wished we had used the AI feature in previous venues earlier. Not much negative to report as most problems get resolved quickly.

Once everything is set up, it takes a lot of pressure off the team and creates a smoother experience for both staff and customers.

Pros

Been very good, seamless on-boarding, plenty of support, creating an understanding and delivering what our business requires to use it for.

Pros

Very clean interface for both back and front of house use. The assistance from onboarding to go live was ease and covered by the NBI team

Cons

Have not found anything yet as such I feel all from from floor to management can use the system with ease and it is very versatile to create it for what our business needs

Cons

I don't like the table view as much as other systems we've used. It's harder to read so we only really use the diary view.

Very positive. I think it is a powerful tool that makes a positive impact on driving and successfully executing bookings at our venues.

Pros

The pros are the it is very easy to understand - and provides an easy schedule of the day, month ect - for staff to look over. The tool is very powerful allowing you to setup up a number of event types and different ways to execute them.

Cons

There are some very minor things you cannot do - or have to work around. For example we wanted to do an upsell on only a specific booking time - and exclude it for other booking times for the same event - but this was not really possible.

### "Excellent Bookings Platform"

Nowbookit is an excellent platform that caters to everything we could ever wish for in a bookings management system.

Pros

Nowbookit is an intuitive and well-rounded bookings platform. We run our day-to-day restaurant bookings, functions, pre-paid events and large format events off the one platform. We also utilize the voucher capability to manage all of our gift and complimentary vouchers.

Cons

The only negative aspect of Nowbookit is my own personal lack of capability. I'm sure the platform has a range of functionality we don't utilize due to not having the knowledge on how to use it efficiently. That said, the help desk is super efficient and knowledgeable.

I can only recommend Now Book It to any cafes or restaurants considering a booking system. We have run events and every day operations with Now Book It efficiently and it supported our business.

Pros

Customer support is responsive and helpful. Easy to use for events and everyday reservations. Gift vouchers process is also great

Cons

It's still a bit expensive for a tiny restaurant like ours. I know it helps securing bookings but it's still an important cost to us.

I've found the staff super helpful and with great customer service. For our business it ticks all the boxes as far as it does everything we need it to at a very good price.

Pros

It's easy to use and compared to other platforms very good value. Once you have used the platform for a few months, everything makes sense and you can basically set and forget.

Cons

A few features that make 1 rule the overall rule for a service when yoiu have multiple spaces and services running.

So far so good. The support we have received as a new set up has been amazing and there is always information available or someone at hand to help out.

Pros

It works! If we couldn't work something out, the NBI support team were all over it (Thanks \[sensitive content hidden\]). Being a new business, there has been lots to learn, but once we started to become more familiar with everything, it has gotten much easier to get around (for people who aren't necessarily techie).

Cons

Nothing stands out, maybe ease of adding more imagery and a bit more personalisation in the templates. Minor.

Pros

It was a game changer for our business, very easy to use and assists us managing our roster for more staff efficiency, but perhaps the best part is that the phone has stopped ringing!

What stood out most was the support from a local team who understand hospitality and offer assistance whenever it’s needed.

There is very little to fault overall, although new users may need a bit of time to become familiar with the full range of features available.

Pros

I found the software easy to use, with helpful support and a clean interface. It’s also reasonably priced and good value.

Cons

The table planning is frustrating, especially dragging and dropping, and having it split into sections instead of one clear table layout.

Pros

Live support services would be great. A free version would be nice, but with all the features included, its money well spent.

Pros

We have been with NBI for quite a few years now and love the system and the fact that it's Aussie owned and they have hospo background so understand what is needed for a bookings system that doesn't cost an arm to run. We have just recently had Sadie implemented as well, which alleviates the hassle of answering the phone during the daytimes when we aren't open.

Cons

Don't have any issues.
