Pros The online booking system is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with our database. It is very cost-effective compared to other booking platforms. It also includes an online gift card sales feature, which helps generate additional revenue. The merchant support is excellent. Our Customer Account Manager is highly professional, responsive, and provides us with outstanding support. Cons Overall, we have had a positive experience with Now Book It. The easy way to add tables, change settings and add block outs are a wonderful, easy tool. Cons It's the best system I've used over the past 20 years. The only thing I found difficult was full payment unable to be used for add on's for special days (for example - adding full payment for roses for Valentine's Day). The back up and tech support when we began with the program was extremely helpful and made our transition very smooth and we have had no issues what so ever. Pros I have found Now Book It to be an exceptional tool for our business. It's simple to operate for all staff. It is reliable and also extremely cost-effective booking system solution Cons My only issue is the on an ipad , the size is reduced and hard to read. Yes, you can enlarge it, but untrained staff will while enlarging it will bump a button and take you away from what they were trying to achieve. Cons Creating a special event page could be easier. But really there is very little to dislike and much that assists our restaurant business. JH Justin H. director Hospitality Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### " \[sensitive content hidden\]amazing! best investment of 2025" May 28, 2025 5.0 brilliant, sales and bookings have increased. more time is spent with customer service. the phone doesnt ring as much only for group bookings and events which is when you want to talk to the customer Pros \[sensitive content hidden\], ai receptionist is amazing, so polite and patient. if you felt you were always time poor, it was true. now as an owner i dont have to worry about staff not answering the phone or missing out on bookings because guests always seem to call during busy service periods and we dont have a dedicated receptionist waiting for the phone to ring..... until now. save yourself hours a day and get with the future. guests are even blown away with the experience Cons the set up time and tweaking the times of seating and duration, but after a while get used to it. probably need some kind of security level to stop staff messing around with it, but thats not the systems fault. the more work put in up front the better for us. Cons I believe an app would be beneficial, trying to view bookings via a phone when away from my laptop are super difficult with tiny font and tough to navigate - may just be an Apple/me issue but needing to see bookings away from work isn't as easy as I hoped it would be The daily summary is helpful but it's the viewing a particular date when needed is quite challenging, on a laptop it is super user friendly and easy to read/navigate. This is a productive and crucial tool for our organisation. Pros The system simply works without a sweat. The table management, customer database, voucher system, and POS integration are working in unisson. Cons Nothing I can think of. The NBI team is continuously looking for additional improvementd, which are implemented via regular updates. Stripe & Gift cards are a popwerful feature and all users find it easy to use. Cons Integration with other software - mailchimp etc. We would like to have an integrated marketing funnel and remarketing but we haven't been able to yet. We didn’t realise how much time this system gave back to us. Available on many devices so we don’t have to be infront of a book all the time. So when a table is not bookable it can be seen.
