help is fast if you call. Setting up appointments to meet with someone to do one on one takes more time.

Pros

Kiosk is my favorite for signing in kiddos.

Cons

30 min. appointments for my onine assistance me to understand how the invoice works to send billing to my childcare parents. For me understand the process.

Payment isn’t next day and takes 1-3 days, you’re only able to cash out payments two days per week, staff cannot view each others documentation

Its really been a great thing to use. I was very easy to navigate and my parents love it.

Pros

Makes everything very easy. Invoices, communication, daily schedules. Its awesome!

Cons

Takes about a week and a half to get money pushed through from playground to my bank

Great platform. Highly recommend! Having the roster, allergies, calendar, forms and resources in one place is spectacular. Not to mention the ability to post to the school and the newsletter function is valuable as well. We have yet to tap into so many more functions, but we plan on it.

Pros

The ease of use, the Enrollment Forms tracking, the customer service!

Cons

There are not too many negatives to Playground. The customer service respond and help is fantastic, they take suggestions into account and often implement the changes on their back end.

The other platform was restrictive and every suggestion I made went unheard. 99.9% of the time when I asked about a functionality I was told it couldn't be done. With Playground, they just try to make the adjustment for me.

Pros

I love everything about playground. You can upload photos, videos, reports, changes and even eating. I love how parents can pay on the app app as well as sign in and out. I have everyone do their paperwork electronically as well on the app which saves SO much time.

Cons

I can’t think of anything at the moment.

It is fantastic, The beginning of starting up was exciting getting to learn about how to use the app and as I'm still learning there is many cool things to use.

Pros

I love how quick and responsive the team is to get to my questions and concerns.

Cons

Sometimes the app glitches and fixes itself if i close the whole program down.

We enjoy the ease of Playground in enrolling new families, setting up their automatic billing for weekly tuition, and parent communication options. Having both the "feed" and private messaging tool is great for split families as well.

Cons

There's nothing we don't like about the Playground app. We have received all positive comments from parents.

Pros

I appreciate the fast responses to questions, specially when onboarding. Loved that it took the pressure off the \[sensitive content hidden\] and if parents have questions they reach out to your staff directly.

Cons

There are many classes, and programs and sometimes not quite sure which is the overarching place where to enroll children as you can find them in so many different places.

How easy it is to use. The paperwork part is tricky and I still struggle with getting things uploaded, but other than that it is a wonderful platform and I highly recommend it.

Cons

The paperwork part for children is hard to load new forms. If I need to change documents, it will not let me remove old ones.

Great customer service, and excellent student management system. Would highly recommend!

Pros

Playground is very user friendly and serves our needs perfectly. It is the best way to maintain student information. The payment and reporting features are a major plus. The communication feature has helped us keep parents updated and they love being able to keep up with what their children are doing throughout the day.

Cons

There are a few additional features I would love to see on Playground, but when I reached out to customer service (which is great too!), they told me they were already working on the features I requested.

It's been great. The transition from a lesser quality to this one has been like going from an old flip phone to the latest Iphone. I love it.

Pros

I love all the features of playground. I use the chat, feed, invoicing, attendance, lesson planning, and on my way features the most.

Cons

I wish the OMY feature was a permanent button on main screen. That is my ONLY GRIPE.

everything has been great except the payouts.

Pros

That my family have the option to pay with credit or bank accounts & they can see the revolving payments and end-of-year totals as well as the calendar at anytime.

Cons

They say that you can bill families and be paid out on the same day and they are wrong unless you have them billed prior. Example: My families pay Monday morning for the week and the soonest I can be "paid" is Tuesday at the end of the day but I won't see any funds in my bank until Wednesday morning.
