It is not a typical daycare, but overall Playground seems to be working well for what I need. Pros The program is intuitive and easy to use. Customer Support responds promptly. HIPPA compliant. Cons I have to put the family information in for each child and parent. It would be nice to be able to put it once and have it apply to all members of the same family. I am Unable to set a recurring schedule that only happens once a month (every 1st Friday, 2nd Saturday, etc..). I am unable to remove certain fields from the child overview (specifcally meal subsidy). I do not need this for my program. It doesn't have a good way for my staff to complete shift reports.
