Pros We have really enjoyed using Playground for our preschool. We have 2 locations and are using it for multiple uses: Parent Communication, Billing, Calendar, and Weekly Announcements. Cons The Enrollment process has been a bit more difficult to customize. We are hoping that they can add some more options like paying by ACH when someone enrolls. December 20, 2023 5.0 I have been very impressed with the Playground app! I have been in childcare admin for 10 years and this is by far the best app I have used. I would highly recommend it! Pros It is easy to use for parents, teachers and admin, has every feature you could need and makes enrollment a very simple smooth process. Pros I love everything I use on the playground app so far. Only been using for about 4months. I went from doing everything the paper way to now everything is electronic from check in and out to all of the children files and mine on the Playground app. Love love the all the payment options. It is so easy to keep track of attendance and is parent friendly. Everything is at their finger tips. Cons Payments take a week to post. Once parents made payment it took a week to post into my account. I did not like that as families pay for the week of service on the Mondays of the week. Switched from [brightwheel](https://www.capterra.com/p/144060/brightwheel/) Was not happy with Brightwheel. It is more center based.
