Make sure to measure site speed on your site before and after launching this type of integration. Never had this problem in the past.

Pros

It can integrate with Google translation and bot providers. Support was good from what appears was their only support tech.

Cons

The product has a complicated backend that will require help to set up and make changes. There was a complete lack of documentation and instructions which were slowly coming out but nothing was together on the administrator's side for setup.
