Pros: It can integrate with Google translation and bot providers. Support was good from what appears was their only support tech.

Cons: The product has a complicated backend that will require help to set up and make changes. There was a complete lack of documentation and instructions which were slowly coming out but nothing was together on the administrator's side for setup.

Overall: Make sure to measure site speed on your site before and after launching this type of integration. Never had this problem in the past.
