Pros

Very good and responsive support. Easy to use tool. Possibility to have customization (paying option).

Limited support on week-end. Payment not always easy; credit card blocked several times.

Pros

We live in a World where IT related support is usually poor. Relokia stands out from the crowd in a BIG way. It's very unusual where a support team will chase you to make sure everything is ok. A superb product which is supported by a team that actually knows what they're talking about and delivers!

There was nothing I didn't like, even the price was good.

Pros

Migrated a ClickUp project to Teamwork with minimal work, as Teamwork did not natively support migrating the projects.

Cons

Some mappings did not let me choose the proper fields in Teamwork. While there was a workaround led to additional work.

Pros

Relokia has very competitive pricing, offers migrations that no other tool does, and their support was very helpful.

Cons

There honestly wasnt much that I disliked. The UI didn't look the best, but the functionality was most definitely there.

Support were amazing. Our time difference was big but not as big as the client being in West U.S.A! But they are so quick to respond. Thanks so much, team!

Pros

I usually use data migration for General Ledger conversions. This case there were about 1,200 invoices (and therefore multiple items and services, and clients to be moved too). Once kinks worked out, the migration process was super quick. Love that you can trial a few times before confirming the migration is ready.

Cons

Always review for details e.g. invoice numbers and the invoices date wasn't correct on test trial of 20 invoices, but 100% correct at end. The fee for actual work would be great up front (e..g the landing page when you enter the amount invoices to migrate, add wording that this is only a quote and majority of fee in work being done by Relokia).

Very easy migration for your project data.

Cons

Watch for details. Subtasks were not included and added later. And I miss a function to transfer all projects at once. (My workaround: Moving all tasks into two large projects and separate them in the target system again.)
