But the scheduling aspect is a little more clunky that I'm used to. Pros Pros: On the Clock keeps track of PTO time, Vacation time and Holiday pay! The look of the dashboard is very sleek. Cons Cons: For scheduling, I'd like to be able to click and drag shifts (or easily copy shifts by clicking & dragging). The look of the schedule on your phone or your desktop computer is confusing when there's multiple employees. Some grid lines would help a lot to separate days and employees! Also, there is no way to show open shifts to employees. It saves me from having to get a paper sheet. Pros So much easier to use. I love not having to turn in a paper copy. I am off on Monday's, that’s when our time cards are due. Cons When I’m not able to sign in. A few time I have not been able to sign in to clock in. I have to call the office to make sure they can sign me in. My admin is expected to unlock more of the features Pros The non-complexity of the process. The ability to put notes that can be seen by the administrator. The break down of your clock in clock out process Cons There is nothing I didn’t like. It was expected to have to unlock certain features. You have to make sure you like the software before making a decision. It empowers employees to manage their own hours. Cons Errors can easily be made such as, double punches. I could also see how time theft could be an issue if someone was clocking in and not going to work.
