Es importante que cada usuario final dedique tiempo a trabajar con la herramienta, ya que no va a ser sencillo al principio, una vez te acostumbras y la utilizas con fluidez te va a encantarOtra desventaja que veo es a la hora de buscar documentos, me explico:Si para un mismo clienteintroduces diferentes documentos, y en cada documento introduces su nombre de forma diferente: Mayúsculas/minúsculas, Puntos/comas...A la hora de realizar una búsqueda por nombre del cliente, vas a tener dos clientes diferentes en Docuware, refiriendose al mismo cliente. Esto es un fallo que debería de corregirse, pero se puede evitar sin mayor problema estableciendo un plan interno a la hora de introducir los datos. Además con ello no tendrás que preocuparte por la capacidad de tus servidores, ni tampoco de quedarte corto con el espacio teniendo que realizar actualizaciones de hardware. I have no had any user complain about features or missing files. Searching has been good as long as the correct data is inputed upon file uploads. Creating new "document trays" is simple and made easier with creating new users now. Pros DocuWare has been a crucial part of our environment for many , many years! When it goes down, which is not too often, my team is crippled. However, it has been back up quickly in my cases. The configuration aspect is easy for even the basic IT user. Cons There aren't very many --when it's down, it's down. No fixing it by contacting support in the Americas. IT is a global company based in Germany I believe.
