I love it. I have worked for two companies that don't have it and of course have adjusted, but it is the best option for medical practices in my opinion. I have colleagues who have used it along with other products and they share my thoughts as well, that citrix is superior.

Pros

It has everything all in one spot. Updates have been nearly seemless and even when the internet disconnects, it senses it and works on reconnecting within 5 mins. I know it is a bit more pricey, but it has such great value for all that you get.

Cons

Sometimes the updates for an app within citrix require you to restart your computer, so that can be tough if you are in the middle of working. In the past I had to go to the citrix site to download the latest version, but I think that issue has been corrected now.

En algunas ocasiones, como todo, se volvia lento en el uso, puede ser porque lo utilizamos online sin intranet, no lo se bien.

A convenient backup when I have needed it the most. Allows you to access software that is otherwise stuck on a computer far away.

Pros

Helps me access critical software securely from overseas or out of office. Has saved me many times in a pinch.

Cons

Can be a bit laggy especially when running on an older computer. Needs a good internet connection to be effective.

Overall I give my experience with Citrix an 8/10 due to some slight issues but overall I have had an easy time using this software.

Pros

I enjoyed how Citrix has various programs within the workspace that you can use. The program are very easy to use and contain helpful information.

Cons

The only issue I had with Citrix was connectivity issues. This could be a Citrix issue or a personal internet issue but the connection timed out quite often.
