"Strong platform for email marketing"

**Overall:** iContact is overall a very strong marketing platform for those looking to stay in contact with their customers.

**Pros:** iContact was easy to set up and create campaigns.

**Cons:** We had some challenges with proving that our email list was all customers who had opted in.

**Switched From:** [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/)

**Reasons for Switching to iContact:** We need a platform that was less expensive

"A lot of options when creating"

**Pros:** I really enjoy being able to make every email it's own through creation. It is also nice to be able to reuse saved work for different emails.

**Cons:** Sometimes the tracking can be thrown off when it comes to the analytics
