Honestly, safety has been a priority for our team and we’re happy to have found a solution.
The application has been an awesome alternative to other similar apps.
It’s always updating to a newer, better version that serves the requirements of our team. When we do have questions or need help in the software, the support team is awesome and attentive.
Overall, I use to communicate and share the ideas with my team. It works perfectly fine on my mobile and desktop.
Cons
Everything you need in one app. No longer an app junkie.
The application currently doesn't support a lot of working languages, and may need to be developed further.
Must have constant internet connection to use, no offline mode.
Also, messages sometimes take longer to send when cell signal is low.

Overall: Our team has been using @work for a month or so and we haven’t had any major issues. It’s always updating to a newer, better version that serves the requirements of our team. When we do have questions or need help in the software, the support team is awesome and attentive.
Pros: Company’s employees are easily staying connected and following up what’s going on using the feature provided. Also, the flexibility of the application and employee engagement is so helpful for us to rely less on emails and paper works and that really save time and cost.
Cons: I guess they’re always working on it from the back end so some items in the app change looks or move around spontaneously.

Pros: You don’t have to toggle between apps. It’s straightforward and easy to use. The interface was pretty quick to learn as well and it has been very useful for communicating and sharing works.
Cons: Downloaded images are hard to locate on the computer sometimes. When you download a file from the file storage, it seems to save under the original creation date of the file so it’s not always at the top of your Downloaded folder like I expected.

Overall: The application contains support system for all forms of communication within the organization Whether it's about chat, meeting or calling, there are also various posts or feeds that allow employees to have the right to express their opinions.
Pros: It integrates communication into one service and is used only within the organization, making it easy to control.
Cons: The system can still allow employees to change their names. Sometimes employees change their names to comment so they don't know who posted it. or leave an opinion

Pros: You get your own personalized announcement board and feed, much like social media apps but business-focused. The chats are actually secure, being that they are end-to-end encrypted. Honestly, safety has been a priority for our team and we’re happy to have found a solution.
Cons: The application is mainly usable for internal communication, so if you want to contact people outside the workspace, you might still have to switch to other applications.
