March 1, 2022 5.0 Our team has been using @work for a month or so and we haven’t had any major issues. It’s always updating to a newer, better version that serves the requirements of our team. When we do have questions or need help in the software, the support team is awesome and attentive. Pros Company’s employees are easily staying connected and following up what’s going on using the feature provided. Also, the flexibility of the application and employee engagement is so helpful for us to rely less on emails and paper works and that really save time and cost. It’s straightforward and easy to use. The interface was pretty quick to learn as well and it has been very useful for communicating and sharing works. Cons Downloaded images are hard to locate on the computer sometimes. When you download a file from the file storage, it seems to save under the original creation date of the file so it’s not always at the top of your Downloaded folder like I expected. Pros It integrates communication into one service and is used only within the organization, making it easy to control. Cons The system can still allow employees to change their names. Employees are able to see their roadmap and their assigned programs and deadlines while the Admin can monitor their progress with detailed reports and stats. Cons The online learning feature does not include any templates or sample content, the Admin is required to make their own from scratch.
