" 2.0 February 4, 2025 Could have been a great tool for us but there was a poor internal adoption (mostly because the UX/UI which didn't make this tool easy to use for us) Pros The chrome extension was great because it allowed us to use Eightfold on top of other tools. Cons Unfortunately, Eightfold wasn't really intuitive. The UI and UX were really bad when I was using it. Pros I like the look at feel much better than any other software we have used before. It was a tool they'd selected and were then moving away from because of a merger. The original company users loved it - I did think it provided good candidates, though, especially if I described my "perfect" candidate well.
