This was a key differentiator from competitors and has worked as expected. The support from the team is very good. Anything in setup or queries that come up start in live chat and are either resolved fairly quickly or anything requiring additional support was regularly and clearly communicated about. I was even having trouble getting the final step of personalisation into my CRM flow and I had a call with product team providing immediate guidance and advice. Cons A couple of the team have had minor issues with the likes of the desktop app (vs Chrome extension) but regular updates helped fix these. Support were also proactive in providing assistance and updates.
