We were trying to solve our competitive/market intel sourcing problem, but after 6+ months of usage, we have only realized frustration

Pros

I really don't know...I cannot imagine they are better at anything than their competitors

Cons

I don't have time for an essay so at a high level: False promises, extremely late deliverables, non-existent customer support/consultancy, outdated help/support articles, unintuitive UI, confusing functionalities, time-consuming, and so much more.

Very positive. It's got a much more user-friendly interface to work with, a wide variety of reports to run and present; and ability to share information with others so they can maximize the data.

Pros

Pros: Easy interface; terrific account rep who teaches us and reminds us about features so we're maximizing our use out of this tool that offers so much; she takes time to know our business to help us again, make best use out of this; she knows the product well; dashboards are great to get a quick overview; easy to share reports with others on our team who are non-users but can use the information.

Cons

Does seem to miss some content that we see on our own platforms; lack of third-party agreements on some platforms to catch other listening (ex: IG Stories, FB Stories, FB Groups, IGTV);

Reasons for choosing Onclusive Social

User friendly interface, strong customer support not only at the start, but throughout. We love \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the true partner she's become to help us be creative in listening for new themes and how to engage other members of our team who are also finding Digimind to be an effective tool.
