### "From a pediatric standpoint"

Greenway was obviously for multi-specialist offices. It seemed much more geared towards adults and I did not find it to be user-friendly at all with pediatrics. The immunization feature was my biggest problem.

Pros

I did like being able to see the most recent charts opened as far as keeping in mind all patients seen in one day.

Cons

The immunization grid and inputting vaccine info.

We are an extremely busy Urology practice that has been using Greenway for over 6 years. We have three physicians, two mid-levels, and 19 additional staff members who all use either Prime Management or PrimeSuite verision 2011. With that said, we are generally happy with the easy-to-use functions that Greenway has created, and their eagerness to add additional options that will only help our practice become more efficient. Customer service has always been one of their greatest strengths. The owners truly believe in helping not only big practices, but also small practices. We are excited to be using Greenway, and we look forward to continue to grow with them.

We are a multi site 21 provider primary care pediatric practice. We were looking for a replacement to our 100% paper medical record. Our approach to implementation was to proceed in two phases. Phase One incorporated the conversion our of demographics and A/R. Phase Two comprised our Go Live to the EMR. The applications are very user friendly, and PrimeSuite had the fewest amount of 'clicks' to complete functions of any system we evaluated. The most important benefit we have received is the increased accessibility of patient data. Information can be accessed from any office, or outside of the office, at any time. This has led to improved patient care.

### "Prime Suite is very frustrating"

Pros

I like that the schedule, the patient's chart, and the billing is all in one software. You don't have to go far to find something in Prime Suite or minimize windows and toggle back and forth.

Cons

We do not like the size of the screen, it is way too small. Having the "cloud" is horrible because it goes down a lot or is slow. There are a lot of bugs that don't get fixed right away and to use tasks is time consuming and confusing, the filters have to be set right or you will lose important information that needs to go into the patients chart. We have been with Greenway for almost a year and still are learning new things and trying to get everything set up and working how we would like it.

We are an Ob/Gyn practice who has been using Greenway since Jan 2011. We chose Greenway when we were making the transition to electronic medical records. The training and transition process went smooth and customer support has been awesome. Greenway account managers and other support staff are always prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. Greenway also stays on top of all the latest requirements, making it easy to comply with meaningful use so that our practice received the incentive money from Medicaid. The reporting and personal customization features are invaluable. We have been very pleased with this software and highly recommend it.

Our OB/GYN Practice consists of 5 physicians and 1 mid-level, in Carrollton, GA. We have been using Greenway since 2001, and Greenway was the only EMR that even impressed our physicians. The complete staff at Greenway is impressive with knowledge, professionalism, and the ease of communicating with them is excellent. We are totally EMR and patient's charts are much more complete than they ever were with paper charts. We have not been able to increase our patient volume with EMR. In regards to the PM side, we were able to staff one less. After much research on EMR systems through the years Greenway is still on top for me.

Our practice has been using Greenway for about a total of 7 to 8 years. Due to our corporate structure, we are currently using a dual system and have been exposed to another system. Greenway is by far our system of choice. It is user friendly and an overall easier system to transition and flow through during the course of your work flow. The developers at Greenway listen to the users of the system, and updates often contain new modalities that were developed after suggestions from doctors, nurses, or mid levels. Greenway is a great company that cares about their product and those that utilize it.

great functionality, audit trail helps streamline training (you know who made the mistake), wizard makes it easy to schedule, so many good features

Cons

printing from account screen is great from HIPAA standpoint, but no name and no account numbers makes it harder for employees

We have been very pleased with Greenway. We have been through three other software programs prior to Greenway and this program far exceeds the others hands down. The customer support is exceptional which I have found to be a critical component. The training and implementation process was very thorough and responsive to our specialty. Our billing process has been streamlined thanks to Greenway. We have been able to be more efficient and timely with our billing process. Greenway is very dedicated to the particular needs and requests of its customers. I love the reporting capability.

### "Garbage"

I have used a half dozen different EMR platforms so far in my young career, including residency (which I completed in 2012). Primesuite is by far and away the absolute worst of the worst. I am actually leaving my current practice for a new job in large part because of this EMR system, which makes my job much more difficult.

The Customer Service with Greenway is the best I have ever experienced. If you ever have a question or issue they help you resolve it as soon as possible. I only wish I got the same customer service everywhere!

There is nothing I like about the product.

Cons

The program is awkward to navigate and slow to load or go from page to page. It takes too many clicks to perform a task. It does not give me lab values in a trend view at all. The e-prescribing takes too long. Ordering procedures is dreadfully and painfully slow and awkward. The patient portal seems meaningless. It is too easy to enter data into the wrong chart. It is not intuitive.

### "NYCVA and Primesuite"

We have used Greenway Primesuite for 4 years and have had an overall professional and very good experience. They have been very accommodating to our needs for service and advice. Two and 1/2 years ago, they merged with another EHR company which created problems for service and overall response. However, they have greatly improved over the past 1 1/2 years in their overall service response. Their Customer Experience Manager (CEM) service has been fantastic.

Pros

Their overall service response especially coupled with the CEM. They have done a great job for us. The system is fairly easy to use and quite intuitive. My staff is comfortable with the scheduling and task (messaging) system.

Cons

I am disappointed in many of the reports and the ability to combine data together. We have also been frustrated by the implementation of the HIE back in 2012. The attempts have been better but should have been running already. I also hope they come up with a better accounting of clinical information to report in the MIPS system.

Pros

I do like that you can block schedules easily when physicians are out for vacation.

Cons

The appointment scheduling is too time consuming and there are too many steps to simply reschedule an appointment. Also the view of the appointment scheduling and other windows is WAY TOO SMALL!! It needs to take up the entire screen, not just a small part of the screen. It is way too difficult to read and very annoying with all the scroll bars you have to use when they could simply make the boxes bigger!! I think there are many things that could be made to be easier with less steps and clicks!

When this complicated system works, it is smooth.

Cons

When the system is down, we are seeing patients without any access to charts, labs, past records, etc. It took a year for my office to use the system correctly. We lost more than six months of billing before we could get it working correctly. The system can go down with updates, hardware and software corruption or breakdown.

It might be that I have incorrect email addresses, but when I email questions such as "How many users do we have?" and I have yet to get a response. We were told we would have free training because, according to the experto who came to our office, we are not utilizing Primesuite. When we asked about the training, we discovered that it was a webinar and not "hands on." I do not think we are utilzing it fully and I think we would like it much better if we were.
