However, over time, support deteriorated, pricing became unclear, and communication broke down. Despite being a long-standing customer, our account was cancelled without warning, even after a pricing adjustment had been agreed. This left us with disrupted operations and a loss of confidence in the service. While the product itself is solid, the lack of transparency and professional support severely impacted our overall experience. Pros The core invoicing features were intuitive and reliable. Setting up recurring billing, payment reminders, and client-facing portals was straightforward. Integration with Stripe worked well, and the user interface made it easy to track invoice status and client payments over time. To start, this tool has played a huge role in helping us close deals because it's just a faster way to create invoices, make and receive payments from other customers or business. It has also consolidated all of our important sales data into one place for better impact and it simplifies the process of completing a sale, allowing us to have a seamless workflow and payment plans. Pros Invoiced is a very complete tool that has everything I need to manage my bills. I like the amount of features it has to offer and the way they are very organized so that there's no room for confusion. Specifically, I like the that it has safety tools that allows me to connect with other business without the fear of fraudulent actions because the network of Invoiced makes sure that this doesn't happen, and it's key for each stage of our real estate process. I also love the feature that allows me to have recurring billing because when you have a lot of constant customers, you can save a lot of time by just setting up this feature that can do it all by itself rather than setting up again everything every month. Cons One of the things that I dislike is that the price is a little bit high compared to other solutions that do the same things, but to be honest, it's a matter of convenience and what works best for me because I have been using this tool for a long time to switch to another one and potentially regret it. I would also classify the setup process to be a little bit difficult because there are too many things at once that you become overwhelmed. Cons As the monthly fee for the basic plan is $100 which add up. It is expensive for small business with limited revenue. Otherwise, it is an EXCELLENT tool for more established organization. It was a much better alternative to doing invoices manually, and I was very happy with its simplicity and ease of use. Pros My favourite part of Invoiced was the fact that it was simple and easy to use. It may not have been as feature filled as alternatives, but it did the job for my small business for free, which was the most important. Cons It has been a long time since I last used Invoiced, but to my remembrance the features did not go much beyond producing invoices. I am currently on an alternative, which is more like an accounting system. This works better for me, and I think that Invoiced could grow the accounting side of the software (again, this is after a long time since last using it; things may have changed by now). I set it up several years ago when they had cheap legacy pricing. Since then I've enjoyed using it. It's easy to setup customers and create invoices - and it integrates with a whole bunch of payment gateways out the box, which is good! The site has a clean feel, and it's pleasant to look at (and when you crunch numbers all day, they may as well be nice to look at). I've only ever experienced one glitch that was easy to fix, which is amazing for a software company. Their customer service is also great and very helpful. Pros We implemented this during the height of the Corona virus pandemic, and, being in the video conferencing industry, it was an EXTREMELY busy time to be learning a new software for how we manage all our invoices. But Invoiced was so amazingly intuitive it ended up making my job much easier. It honestly makes me like doing my job more. Cons There are a few things that I would like to be able to customize even more but I really only have good things to say. The organization of my customer information and the ease of use makes it a top tool for my business. Pros There are two main features that I like the most with Invoiced. First being the ability to set up recurring billing. I have several customers who this applies to. I can easily set up a payment plan to send a bill to my customer without the need to manage it all myself. I can also easily make an adjustment if needed. The next feature that I favor is the ability to set up a payment plan for certain customers. With partial orders, I am able to setup a payment plan with partial payments, to meet the needs of my customer..... not to mention that this software offers several ways to pay, which makes it even easier. The organization of the information for each customer is very organized as well. Cons The only downside to this software is the cost. For a smaller company who has few customers and little business revenue, this is not a very cost effective software to use. The basic package is $100 a month, which can add up over time. Pros The ease of this software has been phenomenal. It is intuitive and well-designed. The automated chasing cadences have truly been so helpful as well as the Quickbooks and Lob integrations. Cons We have had almost a major issue a week since the last software update a month ago. Very critical components like invoices not crossing over from quickbooks correctly and credit memos either left unapplied or extraneous memos crossing over have really messed with the ease of the A/R reconciliation. We have effectively had to rely entirely on quickbooks since the last update, and it seems like little has been done to remedy the issue (hours and hours in meetings with support over issues, and the fixes are all "manual"). There should be more customization to autopay - we should be able to set a DATE that the payments will be deducted from our customers enrolled instead of aging on invoices, since many times delays occur internally in posting invoices. " November 25, 2020 5.0 Pros I love the organization this software offers. I am easy able to track all of my invoices, payments, refunds, credits etc all in one place. I love having the ability to make notes on my customer accounts for another person to pick up where I left off or just to remind myself! The overall aesthetic matches our brand and I will continue to use this product for a long time. Cons Although almost perfect, there are several things I would add to Invoiced. I do not love the inability to view my upcoming revenue for all my upcoming subscriptions. Currently, I have to download an excel sheet, total the column and forecast what next month's revenue will be. I am also not able send invoices to select clients. This is a necessity as not all my clients want a receipt/invoice. I can't turn it off or on for specific clients so I want my customer specific settings. It allows check processing, receipt management, partial payments, mobile payments, tax calculator and many more features. It has been a great and amazing tool for me with its flexibility, I haven't had much trouble with different invoices. Online invoicing and payments are also possible with Invoiced which gave my clients and me to settle statements online. It is a very great tool for an accountant. Cons The unavailability of doing work through Invoiced offline is a great setback for me. There are times where work needs to be done on the go and internet connection is not available. Pros They do almost everything for you. Unlike other products they support payments via CC or ACH out of the box just by connecting square. Their support is super helpful and helped us migrate all our payment accounts to their platform. They also send emails for us, and manage all of the tech required to invoice. Pros When initially looking for an invoicing program I came across Invoiced and signed up for a free trial. Initially this program was great and very easy to use so we signed up for the low monthly fee of $30.00. However, as our operation expanded and we acquired more clients that needed to be invoiced the program became very expensive to use. At the bottom level you're only aloud 20 client invoices per month once you exceed this you're charged $2.00 each for addition invoicing. The next level offered is $500.00 per month! As well, this programs is not capable to work with our inventory. It can tell us how much of what product was sold for that month/quarter/etc but it does not have running inventory base. We are in the process of searching for a program that will better suit our needs. Cons Limitation and expense . No middle ground pricing.
