My overall experience with Real Geeks was extremely disappointing. While the CRM was acceptable and easy to use, the service failed in the areas that mattered most to my business: lead quality, website functionality, and issue resolution. I experienced basic website problems, including poor search functionality and a lack of helpful suggested search results, and those issues were not properly resolved. More importantly, the leads provided were consistently low quality, incomplete, or not serious prospects. A CRM is only useful if the leads going into it are real and actionable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Real Geeks.

Pros

The CRM itself is fairly easy to use, and the website platform is simple to navigate. The basic setup and day-to-day use of the CRM were the only parts of the service that I found somewhat helpful.

Cons

The biggest issue was the extremely poor lead quality. ALL leads were either window shoppers, fake leads, or had missing or inaccurate contact information. For the cost of the platform, the lead quality was very disappointing and did not produce a meaningful return.

Overall, it was a great experience. We decided to move to KvCore to benefit new recruits coming from another brokerage that already had KvCore so there was not a barrier to entry on our recruiting efforts.

Pros

Ease of use for the little things. Email campaigns, website searches, etc. were all straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

Lead routing for teams was not as straightforward as it could have been. We eventually got it squared away, but it took far longer than it should have.
