The new groups feature is nice (kind of like splitwise) where you can add all of the charges from each person in the group and it'll calculate the correct amount from each person in just 1 charge. Cons I think it'd be nice to have the option to show the charges breakdown for the final group charge just for peace of mind. Right now you just have to assume that venmo calculated it correctly. I am able to leave a note, track previous payments, and make a payment private/public. I feel that Venmo is safe, convenient, and has developed a new way for people to pay. Pros I like the feed where I can see others who have paid me/others close to me. I like the option to have an immediate payout. I like the safety feature to confirm the final digits of a phone number. I like the ability to have a profile picture for others and myself to confirm who we are paying. Cons I would like to be able to first be able to confirm/accept payments from others. Pros Venmo is quite easy to use. I really like the two step verification using the phone number to ensure you don't send money to the wrong person. Cons I don't like the public sharing of money transfers. I know that this is an option to have turned off, but it's not clear what does and doesn't show depending on who you send money to. It just seems invasive and unnecessary.
