"decent software"

**Overall:** Feel inefficient. We spent too much time doin g workarounds

**Pros:** Good workflow customization. The integration with our HRIS was smooth and quick.. The budgeting was useful during the initial planning phase

**Cons:** Performance is an issue, apps slows down when multiple users are active. Reporting is too limited the interface changes without warning. That is confusing.
