There's no other company out there that does what they do as good as they do. Pros The customer service is top-notch. They are hugely accommodating and take their work very seriously. Cons If you have a plan that allows you to send documents at any time, it can be expensive. It's best to save up documents and send them all at once under a higher-cost monthly plan. This way, you're not paying for the postage that is automatically included in the plan cost. I uninstalled the app because the web version worked better for me personally Pros It's good at tracking and keeping up with my expenses and where I spend what. It's a good tool to have. Cons The app version isn't as helpful as the web version and I have only the free version because the cheapest package I saw was almost $30! Pros I like how easy it is to get receipts and other documents scanned. They send you a magic envelope to send receipts and then within a few days you get the receipts scanned and uploaded on your account. Cons Not a customer friendly solution. I signed up for a month-to-month professional plan in Oct 2022. I was sent hit with a $104.80 overage fee in addition to the monthly charge of $47.00. It is not clear on their website that the month-to-month plan will be charged an overage fee i.e. you need to stay in your monthly limit. Then in Nov 2022 I did not use the service. I was still charged $47 for Nov 2022 -- which is fine. But they DO NOT allow rollover of unused credits. I asked for a refund and was denied.They also quoted me $59 per month for the month-to-month plan but their website states $47 per month for the month-to-month plan. So website pricing is different from what they quote via email. Worst thing was they made me feel like I was getting special pricing when in fact that was not the case.
