I just don't get any feedback from guests if they are using them but the cost is so low I stay with it. Pros Once we set it up, it's very simple to use. I send a link to every guest staying at our condo and I like that the link expires after they leave so they can't save the codes to get in. Cons Setting it up with the cards, it's a bit confusing. For someone looking at a completed guidebook, it would be very helpful. I like the way they can see a map of all my recommendations in relation to where they're staying, and also that it looks good when printed as well. Cons I created my guidebook when it was a free feature, and now it costs money. I don't have any negative feedback and am appreciative of all that Hostfully does! Pros It is easy to manage and I was able to create my unique URL. The information I can add here is great for my guests! Cons The only thing I wish worked easier is the categorization of cards when I find them. A lot of them come up as Other when they are obviously Places To Eat or Attractions. This is a minimal gripe and can be adjusted easily though. We have a link (not blocked by Airbnb filters) that goes in our standard template for new guests. The Hostfully team has also been very responsive on the FB forum, seeking feedback and implementing feature requests from users (including mine for a yoga icon!). :-) Pros Using Hostfully guidebooks has been an easy way to share rich content about our STR home and activities in the surrounding area with guests. Makes up for some limitations in the guidebook in the Airbnb app and looks very professional. Cons I don’t really have any dislikes but it would be great to have some reporting tools in the future.
