Overall: Keep up the good work and we look forward to seeing more new functionality.
Pros: The functionality and administration console are great. We sent in a request for a software enhancement and they agreed to put in the next release which came out within a month or two. Remember the software is FREE
Cons: Nothing specific yet, but we do expect to have to purchase in the near future as they company perfects the software package.

Pros: Being able to connect to a user's screen and troubleshoot issues.
Cons: There is not a way to break out into a smaller set of machines and it is only by machine name and doesn't show the username.
