As a beginner user, I’ve had a very positive experience with SALESmanago so far. The platform offers a wide range of automation possibilities, which helped me quickly improve my marketing activities. A big advantage was the excellent support from the partner program account manager, who guided me step by step and clearly explained how to use the tool.

Pros

Great support from the partner manager, a wide range of automation options, and an attractive price make this tool very valuable, especially for beginners.

Cons

Not all features are intuitive at first, especially when it comes to SMS campaigns. However, thanks to the partner account manager, everything was explained clearly, which reduced the learning curve.

Quite bad and not worth the price. On top of that you are locked in a 2 year contract that binds you forever.

Nothing really stands out for the money they ask you. The only thing is the very good cystomer support

Over time, using the tool has become easy and enjoyable. Since we’re not a typical e-commerce company, we needed a more customized approach, and SalesManago introduced several improvements for us over a few months. Currently, the tool runs smoothly. There are a few areas that could be enhanced, such as more efficient A/B testing for email subjects (currently, multiple emails have to be created for testing), expanded options for data extraction (e.g., you can extract data for users who opened an email but not for those who clicked), and simpler, faster mass management of tags and user details. Generally, some limitations can be worked around, but this often requires contacting support, for example, to extract user data that is available, but not accessible to the user directly, or deleting the tags with a specific phrase used. For standard tasks like sending emails and managing campaigns, the tool is reliable, and any issues that arise are communicated and promptly resolved.

\- The platform is easy and intuitive—I’ve never had trouble navigating it. - They’re open to creating custom solutions tailored to non-standard e-commerce businesses. - I feel heard; they’re very receptive to feedback and actively implement suggestions. - They’re continuously improving, especially when it comes to new features. - Their customer support is fast. Usually, within minutes, I receive confirmation that my ticket was received, information on who is handling it, and an expected response time. They also understand when an issue is urgent and requires immediate attention.

Cons

Also, I wasn’t involved during the initial tool implementation, but there were some gaps in the integration when I started using it. I’m not sure how this process looks like now, but I believe it would be helpful for the clients if SalesManago conducts a health check at the end of each integration. This could include verifying if purchases are being sent correctly, ensuring dashboards are tracking them properly, etc. In our case, corrections were needed on our end, but SalesManago didn't inform us that something went wrong during the process.

Pros

I only have 4 months left on my contract. After that I don't need to hear anything from them anymore.

Cons

This company lies and withholds essential information. Their way of doing things is something I have never seen before. I have noticed that the employees change very quickly. We have had four different account managers in the past year. Over the past year, we have had to disable the integration several times because it has crashed our entire online store. Think twice before signing a contract with this company. I will be happy to tell you more if you are interested!

I would say my overall experience with Salesmanago is very positive. Sometimes there are little problems but let's be honest - where do you find tool without them.

Pros

As a marketing automation specialist who works with clients as freelancer I definetly love Salesmanago for it's easy to use and set up features. From integration to first automations start it might last few hours (of course if everything else from client side works). Then you can improve everything step by step and introduce new functions to clients which helps elevate their business. Salesmanago is one of my favourite tools to use.

Cons

Sometimes when you need really advanced functions, like very custom recommendation box - it might take time or thinking to achieve that.

SALESmanago is a tool with a user-friendly interface. You can easily navigate through the individual sections. I appreciate the built-in libraries of workflow solutions, thanks to which you can choose a scenario for your needs. Of course, you can also build your own from scratch. I love the creator for sending emails, because working in it is a pleasure. You can easily take care of the responsiveness of emails.

Lack of automation in displaying popups - e.g. publication or deactivation hours.

Sales Manago is an excellent custom data platform. In our marketing department we use Sales Manago for marketing automation, marketing emails, contact segmentation, scheduling campaigns. It contains a broad spectrum of functionality. With Sales Manago we can monitor our contacts and our clients and having a global vision of all customers, leads and prospects. This functionality allow us to schedule successfull campaigns and implements new contacts.

Pros

We love the software to create emails marketing: we can customize them as we want, both from mobile and pc. I think this functionality, together with contact segmentation, is among the best tools in the system. Furthermore, the excellent assistance that the sales manago team guarantees us is fundamental: they are always available to support and help us.

Cons

honestly, I think the marketing automation part could be more intuitive and less complex.

I've been working closely with SALESmanago for just a few months, and in such a short time, I've quickly grasped the potential of this platform. The addition and involvement of our Customer Success Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] have fostered collaboration between our brand and your project. Working with SALESmanago means having 360-degree support from both a technical and commercial perspective, with well-defined objectives to achieve through constantly evolving strategies and recommendations. I find the platform's usability and problem management easy, both in the short and long term, although I'm a newcomer in this.

Cons

The only suggestion I'd like to provide is to channel technical requests and bring them to the attention of a maximum of 2 operators per client, rather than involving an entire technical support team. This approach ensures project continuity and a smoother, faster bug management.

The SalesMANAGO system is one of the best tools for automating email marketing and marketing. It is developing very dynamically. User-friendly system interface. Easy to use, very intuitive. An extensive set of tools. The possibility of integration with many popular programs. The system is equipped with reporting tools that provide comprehensive data for work after the project ends. Great contact with a dedicated guardian who helps to implement new solutions. If errors occur (rarely), the IT department quickly analyzes them and explains them.

Salesmanago is a tool that has all the tools necessary to increase conversions in e-commerce, maintain contact with B2C and B2B customers, and manage the database. In addition, with the help of the integrated LiveChat, the customer service office has all the necessary information, thanks to which the quality of service increases. I also consider the ability to create a Landing Pages to be one of the advantages of this tool. Oh and of course service! Salesmanago has a great support department that responds to customer needs in a professional manner.

Cons

We had no major problems. The only thing worth paying attention to is whether additional tools/applications that you want to integrate with your website/ecommerce have the ability to integrate with Salesmanago because it is very useful at later stages of automating the entire marketing

It has helped me personalize communications not only with the user name but with more specific details, manage segmentation, discount code tracking more easily; dynamic templates that are very helpful when sending custom options to users.

Pros

Salesmanago is very easy to use, it is an intuitive tool Lately, I've been using the HTML template and it has saved me time creating campaigns. Segmentation is very easy to manage as is the interpretation of reports. I frequently send gift codes and one of the benefits is that they can be tracked. The customer service is very good, they are always ready to help you achieve your daily goals.

Cons

One of the processes that has been more difficult for me has been the connection between the APIs and the platform. Most of the problems I have had have been because doubts or emergencies have arisen that have taken time to resolve due to remote work, but in terms of use or advice, everything has always gone well.

I have been using Sales Manago for 12m now and I am amazed by the overall performance of the product. We use Sales Manago at different stages of building customer value: first, the platform helps managing users that we attracted to our website so that we can properly track their future online behaviour. We also use SM package for preparing and distribution of our mailings. Sales Manago provides also specific solutions for mobile marketing or web push notifications as well as it enables us to build quite complex scenarios to stay in touch with customers who express interest in our product but did not buy them yet. A variety of Sales Manago functionalities is combined with helpful and professional staff that we contact quite frequently. We have regular calls with support team and together we go step by step through the current goals we want to achieve using marketing automation. Another great thing is that we receive help from SM side also when it comes to our integration with other software providers. Consequently, we are sure that we use the platform to the maximum of our capabilities. I am proud of the fact that a few months ago I recommended Sales Manago to be our marketing automation software and went through the implementation of the system to our company - it is one of the best business decisions I have ever made:)

It's a solution made for e-commerce, but we find many features that offer a wide range of possibilities to use in other businesses. Fast implementation and intuitive operation. We can always rely on the customer service team and get professional and quick support.

Cons

Our services are related and directed to a specific target group. Many websites with one opt-out link for all newsletters - this is our biggest problem.

Sales Manago is a complex but extremely user-friendly tool that is always getting better by offering new functionalities. I’ve been using it during the last 2 years and I have to say that once set up it makes work easier and quicker and allows you to manage in one place all the aspects of a digital marketing strategy: email marketing, pop-up, landing pages, social proof widget, survey, CRM segmentation, automation, live chat, RFM matrices and many many more. Special mention for the customer service that is always there to help with professional and quick support when you have some difficulties.

Cons

It might be helpful to have more customisation option in the newsletter and a more deep view in the analytics. Some tools have to be implemented but I'm sure it will be done in the future as SalesManago is always improving.

Cons

At certain points, Salesmanago tends to become overwhelming for the new users due to its large assortments of functions. What's more, the developers and the team seems to care to offer the new functions, but the improvements for the existing ones won't hurt. Also, not a big con, but their support team seems to be overloaded or short in people when it comes to the urgent requests for the changes or fixes.
