### "The perfect promotional videos tool"

This tool saved me quite a bit of time, money and anxiety to get my promo videos rolling, I recommend it for anyone looking to make promotional videos on the go and have fun doing them.

Pros

Very easy to use, even if you don't have the skills to make videos. Wonderful team support team, always on the ball. Very rich library.

Cons

A few features can be improved, like being able to sync the music track with the video more easily, and more control over the text overlay.

My overall experience with the software was great. I just think it's way too expensive to purchase after the free trial.

Pros

I like the concept of the product they are offering and I think it is needed in this day and age with technology and services that people ask for and need especially for or in their business.

Cons

Unfortunately, I found after the free trial that their product was way too expensive. Which is frustrating because I found this product to be helpful and beneficial.

The variety of video options and the ease of use. It's intuitive to use and makes sense. Downloaded adding the videos from my stored videos is nice.

Cons

That I will lose the video credits on my account if I stop my subscription. I can't keep up when I don't have the client need for it.

Pros

Your video and music libraries are extensive and I doubt it took me 10 minutes to find something that was perfect. However, I was unable to complete the video, but your customer support in the Ukraine was incredible each time. They went above and beyond to help me complete the video

Cons

I'm sorry I won't be much help here. All I remember was I could not complete the video and your customer support basically did it for me. Two thumbs way up!!!!! I'll be joining again as I prepare to build my online presence. I know you base the 15 second length of the videos on certain studies but I'd like to see them be a tad longer.

Pros

The videos and music help me get my imagination going to produce a really nice promo video. I love how easy it is to use!

Cons

I would like to see more selections of videos. I would like to see the videos sub-categorized in minutes. For example, let's say I want a video with a horse. Then, I would like to see all the horse videos categorized in 15-sec videos, 30-sec videos, 60-sec videos, etc. That way, I know if I am creating a 30-sec video, I do not have to waste my time looking through videos that are not the right timing that I need. It would be a real time-saver!

Ease of use, the standard and professional looking outcome, unbelievable cheap price comparing to buying stock videos from other sources, and most Important: the fast and amazing customer service!

Cons

It would be great if the sound editing tools were as functional as video editing tools. Don't forget that sound is a very important part of a promo video especially when you need the video for musician promo videos.

Pros

Found it easy to create a video quickly. Lots of content to choose from. Enough customization options to have flexibility, without being too overwhelming. When I forgot to cancel my subscription renewal, support was very courteous and easy to work with.

Cons

I find it hard to find certain videos -- if you are looking for a specific one you happened to see once upon a time, it's like a needle in a haystack. There are just so many ... you can sort by category but would also be good if you could filter it down by theme, etc. It's also hard to sort through the audio tracks.

Pros

I love Promo because it has high-quality video clips and is so easy to piece together quick projects when I don't have a videographer available.

Cons

There could be more capabilities as far as text inserts but for the most part it works for what I need.

I did only one video - felt i twas hard to get professional corporate results. Would be great for personal use, but it's way too expensive for that novelty.

Pros

The PROMISE of what it could do for me was great.

Cons

I tried it for one month and had to spend two hours trying to cancel my subscription, then trying to get help via chat, then trying to get a cancellation confirmation number. They make it as difficult as possible to cancel.

Pros

I am an insurance broker by trade so sales, complicated wordings, antiquated procedures are my forte. However with Promo, I was able to make a great video in about 4 hours of revisions for a great value!

Cons

I don't mind the price but you get 30 clips, and I think most videos would need at least 2 clips so you are getting less then what you paid for.

Pros

Templates and ease of use is what I enjoy most. Quick and simple way to blast some ads out there.

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't enjoy. I would suggest possibly allowing users to edit the duration of a video just as easily as the written portion. More features would also be desirable.

I think Promo is a good starting point if you have no experience in video creation, but can only take you so far. The staff are awesome and reply fast with helpful knowledge when you need them (they are super polite).

Pros

There's a plethora of videos and images to choose from when creating.

Cons

There's very limited editing ability. from fades to general fonts, cropping and trimming.

The best part is you have all of these stock assets in one place. Less fussing about licenses and cost per asset.

Cons

The options for customization are limited. If you want to get funky with your details and transitions it might not be for you.
