Pros

I love the security aspect of justworks. It allowed me to feel confident using the platform knowing that my information is safe.

Overall, my experience with Justworks has been positive. The platform does a great job of simplifying payroll, benefits, and HR processes, which makes day-to-day tasks much easier to manage. It’s intuitive to use and helps reduce a lot of the stress that can come with HR administration. While there are a few limitations around flexibility and pricing, the convenience and reliability of the platform make it a solid choice, especially for growing teams.

Pros

What I like most about Justworks is how user-friendly and well-organized the platform is. It makes payroll, benefits, and HR tasks feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it’s easy to find what you need without digging through multiple menus. I also appreciate the transparency around benefits and payroll details, which helps build trust and clarity. Overall, Justworks simplifies complex HR processes and saves a significant amount of time, especially for growing teams.

Cons

At times, the platform can feel a little less flexible if you need something very specific or customized. Some changes require reaching out to support instead of being able to adjust things on your own, which can slow things down slightly. Pricing may also feel a bit high for smaller teams, especially if you’re not using every feature available. Overall, these aren’t dealbreakers, but they’re worth noting.

It has been easy. They do the security check (sending a one-time password) every time I log in on my phone, which is helpful and I appreciate it, but I wish it would remember that it's the same device.

Pros

Information isn't clustered. With other such platforms, there are so many options that make it confusing. Justworks is pretty limited with the information that our company stores.

Cons

I think the information can be organized better. There is different information stored under different headings that are too similar; this is more evident on the app versus the web interface.

Easy to use, great to manage HR for smaller teams. We used it for our team based in the US and made the employee management process easier.

Easy platform to use , was Able to use this product at a small family business I was working for. Easy to fix mistakes .

It's a very modern software that provides organization and compliance support for human resources services, making everything easier to manage, such as hiring, onboarding, and paying very accurately. It has the right tools to help maintain a more streamlined workflow and ensure compliance with all administrative procedures.

Cons

I don't really dislike it at all because all its tools work perfectly without errors or slow loading times.

Overall great, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Easy to use solution, has everything a small business could need, and fantastic support.

Pros

Easy to use and despite us being a really small company, we received really great support across all the various teams we interacted with: tax, benefits, health, sales, success, support, etc. White glove service and a very straightforward product.

Cons

I don't think there is anything I like least about Justworks. Previously they didn't offer global employee support, and once they added it we couldn't move to it because there weren't great local health plan options.

Great experience overall with JustWorks, just as the name says, it JustWorks.

Pros

The interface is clean and easy to use, it's intuitive and self explanatory for everyone.

Cons

The only issue I had is the pricing is kind of high for small businesses.

My experience was somewhat above average. I did not incur very many issues when using Justworks.

Pros

I like that Justworks offers multiple different methods to track your work hours. I am in favor of the added layer of security with the 2-step verification.

Cons

Justworks can become confusing with submitting time-off requests, ensuring paid holiday hours are included when necessary, and managers editing errors.
