Finance Director Used the software for: ### "Great when works, but very frustrating when it doesn't" May 16, 2016 2.0 When I can get on the app it works great. I have experienced numerous time of not being able to clock in to the app because the app says it cannot determine my location even though my smart phone has the location finder on. It happened again this morning and I had been using mapquest with my location on the whole way into my meeting. When I cannot get on I either have to stand around 5 to 10 minutes trying to connect to get access (which I didn't have the luxury of doing since I was attending a meeting this morning) or notify my supervisor that I cannot clock in but am there. This is extremely frustrating to me. When it happen at my office, I have tried to access it from my desk computer but it will not let me clock in from it only the app, so I either miss clocking in for several hours or waste time in which I could be working to wait for it to connect. This also means that the time I waste trying to connect have to be added onto the end of my day or I have to cut my lunch time short to make up for them. Review Source CF Carlos F. Getting into work, I open the app, click check in, then I cliick the location. It is simple as that and I am then checked in. It is the best method to log into work and I am pleased with innovation. It keeps your shifts on record and also lets you pause your shift. Thank you Boomr for the creative invention. The old way of using a pen and paper has been changed. Pros The pros are the ease of use, shift tracking, taking a pause, and signing in and out. Cons The cons are that it can log you out once in a while. September 27, 2017 5.0 Pros I like how it tracks hours to the minute and tells me the percentage I am over or under the amount of hours I worked the week previously. You have the ability to do invoices, run reports and much more. Pros Great way to keep track of employees hours and work without time stamp cards. Cons The fact that you can't download an invoice without WinZip. Being able to download a PDF would be much more convenient. I am required to use it by the company, however, I have found that it is a fairly reliable application that has never bugged out on me and is quick to use and learn. Pros It is a simple app to use and allows quick switching of location when you check in. It uses location services so you know your employees are where they are supposed to be. Its simple to use. Pros Location services wont allow employees to clock in and out unless they are in the specified location. Cons Daily shift reports show total time and you have to deduct the break from the total hours. The weekly report does this automatically.
