Boomr simplifies the time tracking process and allows my employees to keep accurate records when traveling location to location

Cons

Have no complaints at this time. The software has performed well for me so far. I would recommend it to a friend.

Pros

The fact that it's an app is fantastic. People can clock in at whatever location and it's great for that purpose.

Cons

I can't change the hourly rate depending on the job the employee does. Also the cost is pretty steep. Other wise it is great

Ease of time entry and review is great, allowing for quick approvals and updates, which of course results in quick payment.

Cons

Software is simple and great, but on an irregular schedule the reminders get a little old on time entry and such.
