They are always super helpful over the phone and email. I send them as many referrals as I can! I love that I can manage tons of contractors and schedule payments very easily. Their profiles make it easy for my employees to manage their settings and keep up to date with payments. Pros Very beautiful, easy to use, serves the purpose very clearly. I love that it was very quick to learn and keeps getting better. If I ever have questions about insurance my account rep is amazingly quick to respond and always helpful. It also help keeping drive time toward the right job and helps tons with billing Cons Make sure you your phone has a good connection. I find my phone has problems because I use xfinities WiFi as well as data. If the WiFi signal isn't good a takes a while to check in and out and go on break. " April 30, 2021 5.0 Overall, I think it's great and would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper option but with the same great ease of access! Pros I love the ease of access that comes with using Boomr! Cons I wish you didn't have to end your breaks, It would be a lot easier if they ended on their own! When busy it is hard to remember to go back and end your break sometimes. There's always a place to find the answer you are looking for. I like the discounts for healthcare while using Justworks as a PEO. Cons The software is great. However, I didn't love that when we onboarded with Justworks they didn't let us know that we needed to take lots of steps with the state to cancel certain things. We got hit with some unexpected fees and slapped on the wrist. It also cost us lawyer and CPA $$ since we had to get their advice on the matter. Reason for choosing Justworks John was great at customer service and made us feel comfortable with moving forward. I think the customer service is largely good - very responsive. However, sometimes I want to talk through an issue with someone so I can better articulate my needs. It's difficult to get someone on the phone. This company is growing to quickly and doesn't have experienced staff. They are not clear in their communication, multiple times telling us one thing and delivering another. We have been onboard Since Jan 1 and will be canceling. No amount of health care discount is worth the hassle. Pros solid software. Easy to use. Clearly the only advantage they have one their competitors. Cons calendars are not updated enough in advance so you know when non-payroll items are deducted from your account. Review Source Tyler M. Our company uses an ipad to clock everyone in and out, however, if I don't want to wait in that line then I can simply login on my phone and check into work from there. The accountability it offers to employees and employers is also very nice. I can see my hours log and calculate how much my check will be, in return my employer can see my log schedule and determine if I'm where when I'm supposed to be. Pros Quality time management. Pros Not only is the platform an AMAZING way to take care of payroll and HR compliance, but it offered our company an excellent way to have better access to lower cost healthcare coverage right away. We saved 50% instantaneously after signing up with Justworks, coming off of our own group plan from before. Cons Nothing so far. The software itself is very intuitive and easy to use. June 15, 2021 5.0 Boomr is excellent for allowing our staff to keep track of their time. We chose them because our Gusto timekeeping program did not suit our specific needs. It was also great that we received a discount for integrating with our Gusto payroll system. We really appreciate that! Pros I love how easy it is to use once it's set up. It enables me to look at the information in more than one way, and quickly accomplish what I need to. Cons Initially, it was a bit difficult to understand upon first-time use, but the customer support was spectacular. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was there to guide me step-by-step through the process and was very pleasant to work with. Reason for choosing Justworks I looked at several different programs, but none had the functionality that Boomr does, and no one else gave us a discount for integrating with Gusto. Pros Our employees are able to login on a daily basis, leave their hours and I approve them on a weekly basis. This is exactly what we need. The fact that there is easy-to-use mobile app makes this a lovely solution for our young business. Cons Honestly, there isn't much that we dislike about the software. Most of my staff are drivers and need to clock in and out at different locations. This helps me keep tabs on them in a less invasive way than having a GPS tracker on at all times. September 28, 2017 5.0 I am able to clock in or out of shifts anywhere by simply using my phone. Pros It is extremely simple, convenient, and never gives me problems of any kind. Nothing complicated or fidgety. Cons I've got no complaints. If I'm forced to come up with something, I suppose I'd say that I can't clock in/out when I don't have service on my phone. But even then, I can login on the computer or adjust the time later. So even that isn't a problem either.
