Pros

Just needed a simple time tracker. It's a nice simple to use layout does exactly what I need it to do and nothing more

Cons

There are no real significant issues with the software the only issues with it is that sometimes it will just log me out randomly on my phone.

Pros

I like the ease of use the most. It's as simple as clicking the clock in button, going on as many breaks as you need through out the day, and then clocking out when you leave.

Cons

I recently found myself unable to delete a shift that was made by mistake. So more freedom in editing shifts would be nice.

Pros

What I like most about using Boomr is how easy and user-friendly it is. From logging hours to seeing your work week summary, it gives you all the information you need without being overwhelming or complicated!

Cons

The only feedback I have is implementing a way to submit request via the app to the Acct Admin. For example, if I need a TimeClock Correction or similar, it would be great to send a notice to the Account Admin regarding a specific shift

The overall user experience, IA, UX - across the site and the app - is consistent, self-evident, and easy to use.

Cons

I wish there were more features, such as team scheduling. Not as a separate integration, but native.

I am able to easily clock in for my work and keep track of my hours.

Pros

I like the simplicity and ease of use of the product. I also like that I can clock in using an app, which is my primary way of using Boomr.

Cons

I do not like how I can't change my default hours personally. Whenever I add a time entry, it defaults to 9-5, when I work from 9-6. This adds extra steps when I do time entry.

Not having to keep a paper copy of time cards is really nice, and the data is very easy to follow.

Pros

I like that you have the ability to turn on and off certain options available. That any new user can figure out how to use the app fairly easily. And that it is available to basically anyone with a cell phone, no special equipment needed.

Cons

I wish it gave reminders to clock in or clock out.

Pros

Ease of use for my employees and available on tablet and also smartphone ease of use for myself to correct times

Cons

Boomr does not refresh itself. If you clock in using phone it doesn't show on boom until you close and reopen boomr. Might be a benefit to you as an added feature along with additional income to add employee scheduling to the app. (not me since my idea). does not allow you to correct time for employees until they clock out.

Hi love the simplicity of the program. Time managers get to edit and make changes easily. the GPS location is helpful for employees on the go.

Cons

I don't like the unassisted waiting while trying to contact customer support. Also I realized the price is stepper than other softwares online.

I use boomr on a daily basis and find it very easy to use. The app is generally responsive and the menu organization is easy to navigate. I also find the feature saving locations easy to use when working in multiple sites

Pros

The feature that is particularly helpful is the ability to choose from different sign in locations

Cons

One feature that could help make the experience of boomr more useful would be the addition of a geolocation feature

Getting paid

Pros

Love the gps it makes it easy to track the time for current job. Over all grate app only downfalls in my book is the limited offline use.

Cons

Some areas that we work in have little to no data, this being a data only app is a down fall. If it could allow you to check into a job in a "offline" mode and then automatically update once data is available would make it alot easier instead of adding the shift each time.

Pros

Shift and weekly totals, ability to edit shifts, historical views of past shifts/weeks. All valuable features.

Cons

Some intermittent network connectivity issues. Also a system glitch when trying to log in from more than one terminal (e.g. clocked in at public terminal, can't clock out of same shift from personal phone.

I'm so excited about it today and my dad just saw the kids on our phone with the family I would have a problem if it didn't get out there for the kids to go out on my way out there with the new truck that is going on and off to a good time to be able for my kids for kids or something I have never had before they even got my phone

Pros

The only problem I had was when you would like it then it would have to do. The only problem with this is that there is a problem that you need to help with them and if your looking to see what they could be getting the refund would be the only thing I can find out on the game I don't think they

Cons

The urge is not too hard but it would make you it a great way of doing the job guys or something like that it was the only way they would have been the same right about it and I was not sure if it is not too bad at the end and the way they were just the kids they even talked you yeah yeah they don't want me your way to you but they do it too much.

Overall, the justworks tool is effective and their team is very responsive.

Pros

I like the ease of access for payments, key documents, and company directory information. Very simple user interface.

Cons

The biggest challenge that I have had with the justworks software is the changing of accounts and splitting payment distributions. There are some glitches that need to be ironed out.

Allowed us to set up a US subsidiary with minimal fuss, gives our employees a great deal on benefits we couldn't provide as a small company

Pros

All features are simple to use. The automatic updating of payments with changes is fantastic, linking to XERO smooth. Benefit setup and management removes a massive headache. Multistate filing smooth

As a foreigner getting used to US payroll jargon

Pros

I like the look and the UI, it was inviting and responded fairly quickly. There seemed to be an always available support team member.

Cons

This software had issues managing pay and overtime rules based on employees in different offices. This software also had issues managing the time differences in these two areas.

Pros

Great for helping me keep track of time, it's user friendly, and it tracks how much I've been paid.

Cons

It's super easy to accidentally clock out when you didn't mean to, or accidentally go on a break when you didn't mean to. Also, when it is location specific, sometimes it glitches and doesn't let you clock in -- which then screws everything up.

I can track time in and out for my employees whether in the office or in the field. it is very easy to chat with support for help.

Cons

there is no actual gps for the employee., while clocking in and out has to be done where the employee clocked in at. there is no actual tracking to see where the employee is

Great value and let’s us focus on our core business and provide our employees with high quality large company employee benefits.

Pros

As an SMB with 3 remote/virtual employees in 3 different states buying small group health insurance was an annual nightmare. Justworks solved that problem big time. Plus, we got access to a 401K plan and simplified our employer tax withholding. We don’t have to worry about compliance issues, WC, payroll processing, etc. We can focus on doing business versus running the minutiae of being in business.

Cons

Integration with the 401K provider (Slavic) is poor. Cross-communication, confusing to set up and hard to get a straight answer from either side.
