The ease of scanning items and deciding electronically if I want to receive the mail, download it or recycle it is fantastic. Cons They is very little I have to say I dislike about the software. But the last items I bought were kind of heavy and would have cost way to much to use Aramex. I decided to use PSM's package consolidation to do just that with a fraction of the price. My shipment arrived a week later than the time Aramex would have taken but with the price differential it is definitely worth it. Pros Customer service is nice and polite and they get back to you most of the time or give you a proper number to use. I appreciate getting the emails with the scanned envelope, it makes managing my mail from anywhere around the world very simple. Cons The only time I had mail forwarded to a physical address and I chose the slowest cost effective method, it took 3-weeks to arrive. That did me no good. So from then on, I have chosen the 2-3 day service and that has worked perfectly. I have checked some but their services seemed not to have come up to my expectation as for prices, reviews and services... But this one looks nicer than others...this company gives me one month free trial and make me think of their services later on. I conclude this means their confidence in their services. This kinda attitude gives nice vibes to customers... The interface is so easier and much neater. Fees are reasonable too.
