Used the software for: ### "postscan mail" July 5, 2015 5.0 PostScan Mail virtual mail service is very convenient and cost-effective. I really enjoy the junk mail filter feature. It keeps my mailbox neat. I am notified about important mail items only. PostScan Mail shreds junk on my behalf. The online account is user friendly and the signup process is easy. The service is really worth it. I never regretted paying for a virtual mailbox especially that PostScan Mail provides a great service with reasonable price unlike other providers. Well done. I always store important items and consolidate and ship later when I'm home without paying for storage which saves me a lot of dollars. I used to have a Virtual Post mail account and they used to charge me for storage which was inconvenient as I stored items for months then I came across PostScan Mail and never regretted leaving virtual post mail. Pros Ability to access mail from any computer Ability to have mail shredded, filed or forwarded with simple click of button Cons Set up was a bit tedious which is not PostScan Mail's fault - it's the US Postal Service that requires notarized ok to get mail sent to 3rd party. PostScan Mail makes it easy to select what type of service best works for your company Cons I don't that you have to pay separately for each addressee. We used to receive a lot of business mail and junk mail. Me and my husband had to spend at least 2 hours every week to sort it. I am really grateful for that friend of his who suggested postscan mail. It’s a really cheap service that spares you the trouble of sorting mail. Now, my husband has a business address and I have a clean house. Way to go. " May 19, 2017 5.0 Pros The software is intuitive and the service has been excellent. I have a few online businesses and it's important that I be notified if anything is returned. This has happened a handful of times already so it's been a useful service for me. Cons An iOS app would be nice and it is my understanding that this is forthcoming. It's rare that I have to interact with the software though as I really only action mail that is returned to me. When it is, I can request that it be forwarded to a new address which is great.
